Ladies, have you ever had a bed bath?

I’m curious because, I’ve never had a bed bath per se but I’ve seen clips of how to do “perineal care” on female patients (cleaning their privates) and I’d think that having those areas wiped would feel pretty good. Anyone have any experience having that done, or have you helped someone with that or know someone who has had it?

Shortly after I was married I crushed my fingers on both hands. I worked at a hardware store and a heavy box toppled on to my fingers. I was out of work and I could not do chores at home. My husband bathed, fed and cleaned me after bowel movements. Everything from bed baths to fastening my sanitary napkins was done by my husband. We knew one another very well prior to marriage so it was easy for me to accept help. What hurt more than anything was having no income for a couple weeks. I'm grateful that my husband was there for me. Not many married couples have had to clean the bottoms of their mates. That was another step toward a complete love!
