About 4 years ago I lost a lot of weight from 210 (95kg) to 160 (72kg) (close to 50lbs - 22kg) and I am 6' = 1.82 meters tall. I have not measured my penis, but I have noticed it longer since most of my fat was carried around my waist and belly area, less fat to hide the base. I have also notice better erections too! Were you certain the two measurements were taken in the same manner during the long years apart?

Perhaps one was taken starting at the base of the penis on the top side and the other was taken starting on the underside of the penis? Measuring underneath would give a larger size.

Not to be rude about this subject but size does matter to me. I prefer someone who is circumcised, well groomed, at least 7 inches hard and about 1 1/2 inches wide…honestly that’s one of the first questions I ask how big is it & does it work preferably without the use of ED medications

I don’t necessarily measure them but I will feel it before hand. If they have a nice hard bulge in their pants then I can tell I will be satisfied if they don’t then I probably will not have sex or if I do I will just pretend to like it and call it a day

When I was in my teens & vain enough to measure I could manage 8"" (hence alan20cm) but not especially thick at 1 1/4" or so. I never had any complaints except for one girl when I was 19 who announced "Fucking hell Al, you're not sticking all that up me!" I eventually did.
