Suppository heaven??

Well now due to severe vomiting and nasuea ( I have a desease called Dysautonomia and it's a real Bugger) All of my ORAL meds have been switched to suppository.. some even need to be compounded by the compounding pharmacy. It's like this.. OK a suppository for the nausea and vomiting.. two hours later " Man I have a BAD headache! could I get something pleas?" ( headaches are part of this retched desease). Nurse comes in and says " you can have a tylenol suppository" So I bare it for her, I don't ask for Narcotics for my headaches becuz they make it worse. I think i've lost count of how many suppositories I've gotten either from a nurse or pharmacist. Sure hope my diarhea don't decide to come back as well as that would REALLY suck right now. Gosh I am tired of being sick. Funny how when I was a kid I'd put up one heck of a tantrum over getting a suppository, Now it's like .. yea no big deal. Phenergan is the best! takes care of the nausea/vomiting and then puts me to sleep. glad my docs and family KNOW I am not faking all of this Just to get suppositories.. then people would catch on. Believe me, Dysautonomia is NO fun! especially when your body decides to shut down or go into a "dysautonomic storm".
