Nipple stimulation as I begin to pee

There seems to be some pleasant and erotic connection between the nipples and the act of first urine release when I have to pee. It is indeed pleasurable so when at home I drop my drawers, raise my shirt and rub my nipples as I first release. The nipples become instantly erect as this is taking place and the pleasurable sensations of nipple stim and first urine release seem to reinforce each other. I try to prolong it by holding back the release but rubbing the nipples seems to make the urge to release intensify. Is anyone else wired this way?
