Has anyone got on a scale before an enema, then again after a through cleansing and finally while holding max volume?
An interesting concept.
I did do this once or twice, results were inconclusive, ive also noted that weight fluctuates anyway from day to day !
Im guessing that eating a pound in weight of food , doesnt add a pound to your weight, as some will turn to liquid and be peed out, some will turn to gas and a fart, whats left is poop........all too technical to bother with.....just go and have an enema and enjoy it......
You DO realize the difference is the amount of water on the scale.
Enemas tend to dry you out
Almost always. I like knowing if it is all out, or not. So i like to weigh before it gets in, after it's in, and after i've emptied out the last time. If it looks like i'm holding some of it and it is after dark,, i'll go for a very cool fill in the mid to low 80s Fahrenheit.
So yes, I have. Water at 62F 8.34 lbs, at its heaviest at 39F its 2.20456 lbs something per litre.
I've got a good digital scale that works in 2 tenth increments so its pretty good, I have a digital weigh scale that once used along with a measure cup 4qt size of measure and weigh volume. All the results agree with everyones already mentioned variables and results.
A gallon (4 quarts) of water weighs 8.3 pounds, just call it 8 pounds for simplicity.
A quart weighs 2 pounds.
A pint weighs 1 pound.
So if you take a full 2 quart enema from a drugstore bag you should weigh 4 pounds more.
In the case that you will be really constipated and you will take a good dose castor oil, this early in the morning, not having breakfasted, the difference before and after the cleanse is significant.
I have weighed myself before the 1st enema, during the filling, during the holding, and after expelling. Have also checked weight when doing a series. Love to see how my weight fluctuates, depending on what part of the enema session I am at at the time.
I've sometimes weighed myself before and during just out of curiosity to see how much water I really did take. I'll typically see a gain of around 7 or 7.5 lbs corresponding to the 3 quarts or so I most often manage to take. On occasion I've actually gained about 9 lbs on those rare times I drain the gallon bag, proving it does hold slightly more than 4 quarts when filled up right to the brim (and so do I!)
I tried this wondering whether measurable weight loss would be seen, but no noticeable difference.
Yes i always start with a before and after weight measurement, but only to tell if most of the enema has come out, so I don't have an unexpected accident while playing with toys.
The problem is the fact that a part of the enema liquid will be absorbed in the colon.
