Long and short-term enjoyment from stretching the sigmoid sphincter

Years ago I started all about width when it came to anal play. The addition of certain toys and colon tubes to my collection introduced me not just to deep anal play, but the sensations of stretching and filling the sigmoid colon.

There's some kind of lasting effect I feel even a day after stretching my sigmoid sphincter, the third or inner ring as I like to think of it. Today I woke up still feeling the afterglow from cumming with the Atom Bomb buried deep inside me. I have found that on the day after I don't feel nearly as much of the usual pressure, discomfort and sometimes pain that I feel prior to relieving my bowels. It has made me wonder if my inner ring was tighter and smaller than ideal previously. Also, my sigmoid must temporarily be straighter.

I used to use J-Lube injected inside me for lube. Now I inject myself and lube toys with a coconut oil and jojoba oil combo. It's easy on my skin and inner tissues and the jojoba helps relax the three sphincters.

Anyone else experience the long lasting comfort, enjoyment and pleasure from sigmoid and inner ring stretching?

Any downsides to sigmoid stretching and straightening if done slow?

Any recommendations on a 3" wide deep penetrating toy?

I'll say upfront that I don't have answers to your questions. My journey, through anal play is, apparently, on the same track as yours, albeit a few stations behind on the line. I started with the basics and advanced to a proficient level at, what most would consider, advanced width play and moved from there to exploring the depths. That has, so far, been over almost a 10 year span.

Our toy collections share a number of the same items and a number of similar tools from different manufacturers.

I'm currently at the point where the Sqarepeg Toys version of the medium goose you cite is possible but provides more challenge and discomfort than it does overwhelming physical and psychological thrill.
