Okay, I'm already odd man out here as far as sexual foot attraction, since I'm probably the only one I know of with a real profound sexual kink for women and me wearing sneakers. So I'll add one more oddity since we're discussing what most of the world calls flip flops, to which I have no attraction whatsoever. I was actually born in a foreign country, Japan, as that's where my parents lived at the time with my dad as a war correspondent covering the Korean War for a New York paper. I'm still American both because my parents were American and I was technically born on US diplomatic soil at the Tokyo US Army Hospital. And I went on to have a real Japanese nanny from birth up until maybe age 8-10 - she took care of me in Japan and moved to the states with us when I was about 3, may she rest in eternal peace.
So, as a result of all the authentic Japanese influence, for many years I knew "flip flops" only as the original (and still correct) Japanese term for them, which is zΕri, pronounced just as it looks (like Zorro but ending with a long i ["zoree"]). For centuries they were made of wood, usually with two slats underneath running L->R, and they can still be bought that way in Japan and elsewhere. The word zori is still the first thing that pops into my head when I see a pair. Oddly, and I'm not sure why, on this I'm adopted Australian, as the next "normal" pronunciation for me is thongs. So if I ever actually need to refer to them, I have to sort of translate it back into the American "flip flops" which I'm not fond of but it is what it is. I like women's feet in other types of sandals, especially leather, but FF's just always look flimsy and usually produce dirty feet, so they really aren't attractive at all. But, at least the OP finds them kinkily attractive, and I'm no one to criticize about unusual footwear attractions, so to each his own.
