Age Play Training & Preparation

Hi everyone. My name is Tessa. I'm hoping nobody laughs at me for this post, but I wouldn't blame you if you do. I want to start by saying I only do online roleplaying, via chat and/or e-mail. No video or audio. I find the idea of age play to be very intriguing but I'm not sure I am ready to take that step yet to playing it out, even just online. I am also very into medfet. I have recently been having fantasies about combining the two in a very unique(?) way, and that would be undergoing what I have termed "age regression training and prep."

My scenario begins with me signing up as a volunteer "baby." People, singles or couples, could request a "baby" (or child of another age) for a length of time from a couple of hours to a week. Other people have volunteered to be those babies and children, but they have to be trained first, for the greatest satisfaction for both parties. I would arrive at the clinic and undergo a thorough medical and dental exam to make sure that I, as an adult, am healthy enough to undergo the training. I then read over the contract, with a clinic attorney present to answer any questions I have. The contract would include such things as what age(s) I would want to be trained as (for me, baby through 5 years), who you would let be your parent (I would accept singles and couples, both traditional and same-sex), and when you would want to be allowed to break the contract during play. For example, I might say it's OK to be taken to one of the doctors or dentists at this clinic for a sore throat or toothache, but if I were to break a bone during my age play time, I could stop the contract, so I could make informed decisions as an adult about my care. There could be a code word or question agreed upon, such as me saying something like, "I want to be a big girl now," and if I say that, I want to break the contract and be an adult. I would be allowed to do that at anytime and the parents could also have one, such as, "You need to be a big girl now," so they can break the contract if need be, such as a real family emergency.

After that is completed, I would be admitted to the training clinic. I would be prepped by having all my body hair waxed off, including on my genitals and around my anus. After all, the ages I would be playing wouldn't have dark body hair like I have and they also wouldn't shave. I would be given daily birth control injections to stop my menstrual cycle during training. After I am out of the clinic, I will be placed on a hormone birth control cycle where I have a period every 3 months and during that week, I will not be available for play. It would be necessary to keep me on a schedule like that, but the benefit would also be that I am on birth control for any sexual activities during my non age play time.

My training would consist of things such as learning to relax and relieve myself in a diaper when I am playing a baby, AND how to properly let people know I need to be changed; being given baths; how to sooth myself with a pacifier; and anything else the training center wants me to know for my various ages. One of the most important things would be learning how to suck from a breast for nourishment. There would be wet nurses for that. When I'm in my child training, I will be given regular food, just cut into small child pieces. When I am in baby training, I would be given the breast as much as possible. However, since I am technically an adult, they would also feed me bottles filled with liquid supplements to make sure I get enough nutrition. However, if I'm a bad baby and refuse the bottle, they will have to insert a tube and feed me that way.

After my training is complete, I will be placed for one week in the hands of a skilled couple. I would be a different age each day, starting with baby and going up to 5 years. They will be able to provide feedback for me and the clinic regarding anything I need to improve on or that they might think needs to be changed in order for the best experience.

After that first week, I will go back to my regular life and be called when somebody wants a female baby or child. Of course, I could refuse if I had something planned in my "real life" or just don't feel like playing. There might be something in the contract however, that if I go a certain length of time without playing, I have to go through training again. If I accept, I would go to the clinic for my waxing, if needed, then head to my home for however long they have signed up for me.

I would imagine that clinic having a variety of services for the families/children & babies. They would have their own doctors, nurses, and dentists for minor illnesses and injuries. (Anything major would require a contract break so the person can make decisions as an adult.) It might also have playgrounds, story times, arts & crafts, sports, and baby sitting services, so the families could really enjoy the whole experience.

I know this sounds really weird, but I'm hoping to not be laughed at too much about this scenario.

Thanks Kid! This is not something that would ever happen in real life. But I have thought about trying to write a multi-chapter story about something like this. I just think it's a very interesting concept.

Fascinating, Tessa, but you omit my childhood fear/adult fetish.

I would like to regress to an older age than you (up to early adolescence) when visits to the doctor normally ended with me having to drop trousers, pull down pants and bend over a receptionist's lap for the painful humiliation of her watching me get injections in my vulnerable bare bottom (penicillin when ill and booster shots when I wasn't).

Sounds likeep fun Tessa! I think any service or clinic like this would be a great match making tool for all those seeking parents or caregivers and those wanting to be regressed. I agree with the others in this thread who suggest you write this into a story. I think many including myself would very much enjoy reading it.

Don't get me wrong, Tessa. I love your fantasy. How about skipping the pretense and transferring your adult mind into a child's body? You said it yourself: it's a role play that you don't want to bring to real life. Why can't you be a physical child in your fantasy, and undergo that exam or whatever other medical treatment in a pediatric (instead of adult) clinic? And then be placed with the parents or caretakers as some sort of rented "toy"? A very kinky idea. With an element of suspense: you never know what to expect (within the agreed boundaries).

I know how it sounds, and this is a huge problem. The pedo hysteria poisoned people's minds so much, they are afraid to act like kids in their own thought up universe. Come on. Do you want to just pretend to be a kid in the thought up world you built? Afraid of the thought up political correctness? No taboos in the virtual reality. No need to shave your pubic hair. Just be the smooth skin kid.

I'd also like to apologize to all "diaper lovers" for what I am about to say next. I suppose some like to post/view pictures of hairy legs sticking out of an adult diaper. Or even shaved ones for that matter. I also suppose many like to have an oral or intercourse sex dressed like that. Not me and definitely not in my perfect virtual world. I want to be a kid in a kid's diaper doing normal kid's things and being treated like a kid... for the most part. I don't crave an intercourse with my mommy. Nor the teenage babysitter getting into the bathtub with me. I want to relive my childhood with a few innocent "improvements", that's all.

I am still puzzled why people fantasize about being "adult babies". Meet and play it out in real life if it's your thing, but fantasize about being regressed into an infant or toddler body. What's wrong with that? Other than the whole pedo hysteria insisting that everyone looks 18+. Even in your dreams? BTW it's perfectly legal if you are wondering about the letter of the law. We don't live in Nazi Germany or Stalin's Russia, that outlawed dreams.

Now, the preparation stage is of course worth a different play/story. The anticipation build-up. Going to the clinic, being explained how things work, the rules of conduct, the code word to stop the play. Choosing your age and appearance. Maybe even your ideal parents out of many applications... Actually, no need. Because there will be a 100% match of who you and who they like. A virtual world is perfect by definition. Or perfectly "imperfect" in your own way for subs and masochists. Don't over-analyze it. Let go and trust that everything will be perfect every single time. And you'll never need the code word to end the play.

After you had that consultation, you just put some virtual reality suit on. Or slip into a medically-induced coma in a special electronic helmet controlling your dreams. Or given the (reversible of course) elixir of youth. Or taken to a witch/wizard to rejuvenate you... However the actual regression happens... it's a technicality. You'll be that baby, toddler or whoever you want to be.

Interesting concept for either a story or role play. It could be fun to see how it plays out either way.

This actually is how I start out with a newbie who wants to try age play. We discuss and write out the guidelines; and then we usually start with some practice/training ... a couple of hours each night, then a whole day, then an entire weekend where she is bottle fed, but practices breast feeding/suckling; is in diapers for the entire time and not allowed to use the big girl toilet (though I give her enemas to try to prevent dirty diaper changing). In my experience, it takes about a month before the training is complete and my little ones (all girls) are completely submissive, use their diaper regularly, and complete their regression.

You should only ever do what you're comfortable with and never anything else.

This is not something that would ever happen in real life.

Your fantasy is not weird at all. Also there are people who role play this so you aren’t alone.
