Grossly overestimated my capacity

Well I went ahead with trying to re enact my memories last night. I used the 2.5 qt enema, with the large hose and colon tube they shipped as a 'kit'. I cut up two bars of soap and melted these on the stove top with water. poured the mixture into the enema then ran the hot tap till steamy and filled the rest until soap foam came out....just like I remembered.

didn't try any weird positions, just laid on my back with a pillow and put my legs up on the tub ledge. the enema was positioned about 5 ft above me. I opened the valve. less than a minute I was rushing to get up...leaked a little.

so determined, I went back to finish. lol....lol, got maybe half and was going nuts. cannot imagine taking a whole soapy hot bag plus turpentine as a kid. maybe I didn't...just thought I did.

2.5 quarts is not an unusual volume, but two bars of soap is a lot! I’m surprised you could even get that much soap to dissolve. The concentrated soap solution rather than the volume might have caused your problems with holding. — Turpentine (I assume you mean wood turpentine not mineral turpentine) used to be used in enemas but is harmful, so I wouldn’t try to replicate that aspect of your memories.

Jimmini. you need to spend some time looking at the recipe section of this fine site. time spent browsing old messages and threads. btw did you check the water temp?

You needed to relax more

ALWAYS pee before you get into position. That way it is ONLY the enema that exerts pressure on the lower abdomen.

Waiting at least 8 and better 12 hours after eating anything 8 hours after any alcohol, 6 hours after any caffeine

The knee-chest position would have helped. it makes gravity your friend not your enemy. Make sure you ARE doing knee-chest, not knee-neck, or you will get a sore neck.

So would deep breathing when you start to feel like you are having trouble retaining. Slow, deep breaths.

Keep an old washcloth or hand towel (washed of course) in easy reach so you have something to twist or squeeze or bite down on when it gets hard to retain.

Go easy on the soapsuds for the first couple of rounds.

Want to hear a really sick memory?....my nanny used to have me eat a lot of rice / half boiled I think cause it was always hard. this would be followed by a lot of water...she said it would help me go...

that would be like on Friday night...then on Saturday, I would be completely stopped up with rice bloated. the enemas I got after those eating sessions were really intense I recall.

I tried again last night and don't drink btw....and could only take 1/2 liter....too much soapagain....

I guess different people are different, jimmini but two whole bars of soap in a 2.5 quart enema is about 30 times as much soap as I would EVER use.

When I do soapsuds, it is always either goat's milk soap or Dr. Bronners "baby mild" liquid. For the bar soap, I only swish the bar around for about three minutes. It melts a little away, but it is WAY less than a tenth of a whole bar. For the liquid, the MOST I've ever used was one tablespoon per quart, and that was too much for me.

Perhaps your memories were somewhat exaggerated. Not by you, but by time.

As others have mentioned two whole bars is way way over the top. .in fact so excessive that 10 Gallons wouldn't be sufficient to reduce it's aggressive nature. .Such a level of soap solution to that degree of concentration can lead to colon health concerns & possible skin irritation if not regulated properly, as all a soapsuds enema requires is to be is of a milky white consistency that can be regulated according to ones preference

Again, a fairly good recount of what constitutes the soap infused enema. .find what one is most comfortable with

I don't think it's a case of "Grossly overestimating capacity" but more likely underestimating both the soap residue volume in terms of predictable potency & and not being able to readily recognize what that degree of potency will do to a person. .which would be very very unpleasant. Let alone the harm you can do to yourself
