The result of my test with milk and syrup copied from another thread:

Ok, I did it and lasted 7 minutes. It was more the expectation than the actually enema that made me move to the toilet. The aftermath was a bit nausea but again it was more the "what is going to happen" and "what will kick in".
I have been taking many other enemas that did make a hard time for me e.g. juice and baking soda which just explode inside of you. The M&M is more a sneaking one.
So, now I know and I will try again and move a bit more down the timeline goal at 20 minutes.

I did go for an extra run. This time I did know what to expect, so I went to use my "Original german inflatable double balloon rectal enema tube" believing I was safe. The solution went in and then the restlessness slowly started to build up. I was sure to have a long ride but I have to admit that just after 7 minutes I started to leak.
Luckily I did it in the shower and therefore it wasn't a problem. I blended even more into my receiving position trying to hold it in. But after 12 minutes I had to give up. Not because I couldn't bare the cramps but I couldn't control my butt anymore and I simply exploded.
It is a heavy enema, but I don't see it as rough as for example a juice and baking soda enema. The cramps are somehow different and, at least for me, easier to handle.
Afterward I did a rinse with my 30" silicon nozzle and guess what, it just went all the way in without any trouble. Normally I do need to twist it a bit in the sigmoid area but this time it was just pure "going in". Next time I think I will use my single latex balloon since it can be inflated quite a bit more.
I will for sure give it another try.
