Diaper/nappy Dares

Hi

I'm just curious if anyone out there has tried any of the online diaper dares and how you got on? I found this one which looks pretty interactive and I thought that perhaps it might actually feel like I was punished as oppose to just doing a random dare. Does anyone feel like the online dare are effective or did you find them a bit of let down? I'd appreciate your thoughts.
