Sodium Ascorbate

After a cleanse with a couple of physiologic saline, take sodium ascorbate in about 1 liter of distilled water. Retain about 20 or 30 minutes.

1 teaspoon of sodium ascorbate is about 4.5 grams. Dissolve about 25 or 30 grams. Cheaper and easier than an IV.

Use retention nozzle if needed.

If you want vitamin C, just swallow the damn pills.

You WILL NOT absorb as much by retaining it for 20-30 minutes as you will by swallowing it, where you will absorb it all. If it is dissolved in water as an enema, you will have to completely absorb the solution to get all the vitamin C in the enema solution. There is also zero need or benefit to dissolve it in distilled water.

I'll concede it could be fun, but it will have little to no benefits.

What??? Waste Vitamin C in an enema? Why??? Got scurvy?
