I think a more realistic appearing exam room makes me more turned on than a fantasy styled room. Having an experience in a real exam room is the best. I would love to have access to an examining table but a massage table is not bad. For the exam itself, fairly realistic. Totally realistic breast exam, although more time consuming than at a real doctor. The speculum if something I can take or leave, but if the patient likes it, I'm happy to oblige.
