Here's an idea I had, particularly inspired by your upcoming model, Clara. This scenario requires very little in terms of set. You would need only a bare corner of a room with a basic cot and the exercise machine. Various camera angles can capture the intimacy of the exam, including close ups of facial expressions and the procedures. No dialogue is needed, just visual storytelling. Consider that the exam is somewhat symbolic and theatrical rather than hyper-realistic. We're seeing the intimacy of a heart exam: one part clinical assessment, the other a sort of partnership between doctor and patient.
FADE IN: Clara sits on the exam table in a conservative bra and panties. Her curious eyes look around in anticipation. A flutter of her carotid pulse indicates her anxiousness. The doctor enters - she looks up in recognition. A montage of close-ups begins: he takes her pulses and blood pressure. Next, he listens to her lungs in the back as she takes slow, deep breaths through her mouth.
Through an unheard exchange (perhaps muted dialogue with overlaid rapid heart sounds to show her nervousness), he asks her to remove her bra. She slowly removes it and looks up at him expectantly: she's ready to share her heart.
As Clara sits on the edge of the cot, the doctor first auscultates her carotids, then auscultates her heart thoroughly. While listening intently at the apex, he simultaneously checks her pulse at her wrist. She steals a glance up at him as he listens and feels her lifeblood flowing.
Next, he instructs her to lie down. He palpates and auscultates her heart slowly and carefully. Her eyes watch the ceiling as the stethoscope traces its paths on her bare chest.
Next, Clara steps onto the exercise bike. The doctor's stethoscope nestles below her left breast, and she begins pedaling. She works hard, her heart and breath pounding. As she struggles, the doctor places a reassuring hand on her shoulder. She smiles and pedals harder. Her beautiful heart pounds as we FADE OUT.
That's the basic idea. It shows both physical and emotional vulnerability as told via cinematography and heart sounds. Really looking forward to Clara -- she's adorable!
