Also they asked Uncle Harold if he would be so kind as to give you a warm ginger tea enema each week on my visits. I am an awkward adolescent at the Dr's, they take my temperature rectally despite a parental/older sibling being present in the exam room. I am then thoroughly examined including genitalia and a long, probing rectal exam while the Dr, nurse and parent discuss intimate details of my body, eating, and toileting habits.

The Dr finds nothing wrong with me but my parent insists that I'm terribly backed up and demands that I be given an enema. The office nurse joins in her campaign and together they manage to get him to order "enemas until clear" I am either given these at the clinic or sent to the hospital for this brutal procedure. Upon arriving home I discover that my parent has had me put on a 3 x a week/ 3 x a day enema 'therapy' schedule.

Mine is to be "found out" and then to be kept as a baby in private and treated as such. Must include a lot of love and control. My fantasy would also be to be made helpless so I was really having to be taken care of for all my needs. Must also include space to give love back to my mummy or aunty or nanny!

Here is an idea that just occurred to me. Due to a work circumstance, my mum (a single Mum, Dad was killed) was going to be away for the weekend, and I (a ten year old boy) was left in charge of a female babysitter (15 to 35) who knew both Mum and I well (including Mum's common use of enemas on me), and who Mum trusted to take good care of me. I, however, was growing curious about the opposite sex, and the things they did, like carrying a purse, and putting on lipstick and perfume, which boys didn't do (remember, I was only 10). So while the babysitter was occupied in the bathroom (who knows what girls do in there?) I decided to take a peak in babysiter's purse, and was fascinated to find some money, 20 dollar bills, and a change purse. Next thing I know, she appears behind me, and demands to know what I was doing. I try to explain that I was just looking. She says "No, I think you were stealing, and I caught you". She takes her purse back, and puts it away in the closet. The she says she is going to talk to Mum about me stealing. Now that is the last thing I want Mum to hear. I plead isn't there anything I can do to avoid her calling Mum, as I Don't want Mum to think I had been stealing, and I hadn't. Then an interesting smile comes across the face of the babysitter, and she offers to not tell my mum if I let her punish me instead. And the rest of the weekend I get subjected to the many things she liked to do to me. The rest my dear reader is left to your imagination... I'd love to IM roleplay this one...

My favorite scene with master or mistress (I'm single...no wife partner) is the consequences of taking too much sinus medication at a boarding school without permission. I'm constipated and cannot urinate. I need my bladder to be drained and and multiple large volume enemas, followed by extended physical punishment by the adult. Have done this so many times I can't remember how many.

I've never done role play, but it might be kind of fun. But I always thought it would be a bit distracting from the sex (read: "orgasms, etc").

But, as a ballet fan, it might be fun to be a Drosselmeyer to someone's Clara. I love the frilly gown and the bow that Clara wears in the Nutcracker (which I just saw). I might replace ballet slippers with something more sleepable (but keep the tights), like maybe these pink satin booties that I saw on an ABDL clothing site one time. They have lace and ribboning and such, IIRC.

No clue which act I'd try to act out, or whether I'd want to roleplay some other way, with the Clara costume being the star.

So, playing Clara would be playing a 12 year old girl; at least as I've read. But I'm not sure exactly how old Drosselmeyer is (I'm 44, and my Clara would need to be 18-22).

ETA: Oh, and to relate this to medfet, since this is mainly a medfet board, she could be having asthma trouble or immune system trouble, and need to be wearing a mask. What kind of a medical exam could be done within the context of the Nutcracker is beyond me, though.

My favorites usually intersect my medical and ageplay interests. I love scenes where I’m a middle and am in the care of an only slightly older babysitter while my parents are out or traveling. I am a little bratty about needing a sitter, so my attitude may need a little adjustment here and there when it flares up.

I either start feeling ill or am recovering from something so my mom had asked that my temperature be taken and monitored during their stay. I try to stall that from happening since I’m extremely self-conscious about the fact that I still get my temperature taken rectally and I know all of my friends got switched to oral a long time ago. When they ultimately find the thermometer they’re surprised about how I get it done, which adds to my embarrassment. They do the deed and I actually kind of enjoy it and, to their surprise, they also like the experience of what they’re doing to me and being in such control. It may also involve administering suppositories to treat my fever.

Ideally the procedure would be repeated at different times. And in at least one case there’s someone else present - maybe I have a friend over to visit or the sitter had a friend or boy/girlfriend over. Again adds to my embarrassment.

This would be interspersed with other normal babysitting activities - maybe watching some

TV together, making sure I get homework done, ensuring I actually get clean when I take a shower, etc. Maybe catching me playing with myself.

While there’s an erotic overtone to it, I don’t fantasize it getting explicitly sexual between caregiver and middle.
