Family members who know you wear diapers

Who here has told a family member(s) that you wear diapers/nappies due to 1) fun 2)need ?

None, zero..nada..dont plan on letting them know either. Its like, do you want to know when and if your parents or siblings have sex??? NO!!!

Just my wife. None of my other family members. My 2 daughters as they were growing up may have seen some things like diapers or plastic pants left by accident out for them to see but I did not tell them and did not wear so that they would see my diapers or know I was wearing them.

Same here, just my wife. Though, over the twenty years I've had kids, I can't imagine that they haven't gone "exploring" and found my diapers, plastic pants and diaper pail hidden in the closet or noticed that there's always a bottle of Baby Magic lotion on my dresser and a pink Nuk 6 pacifier over the books in the headboard of my bed. I used to do a much better job of hiding this stuff, but for the last few years I've not made much effort--I figure that some aspects of my life are MY business and they should either respect this, or, if they discover anything, keep their mouths shut.

My parents new I needed for need. My brother had found out, due to the dog ripping the garbage apart. That was a wierd talk. He was understanding to say the least.

After my spinal cord injury and two operations (4 months in hospital ) my whole family knows

Pretty much the whole family, but it was never really spoken of.

My wife knew because I wore to bed to stay dry.

My kids knew because when we moved my teenage daughter was helping to empty some drawers in a chest and out popped some old all-in-ones. Dad what are these? How embarrassing!

When my incontinance started had to tell my wife she gave no choice diapers and pants to keep her and bed dry. My youngest daughter found out while we were on vacation she was picking up the mail and saw bill for diapers lucky she is a nurse.

My wife knows as when started wetting the bed had to tell her. She then made me start wearing diapers and rubber pants plus got a mattress cover and a pee pad to keep her and the bed dry. I don't have control at night and also have trouble in the day due to being a diabetic and prostate problems. I have become well adjusted wearing diapers but wasn't easy at first the stigma was bad.

No one except my wife for need. Thank goodness for this place to share what we feel about diapers and all that goes with wearing them.

After several years of wearing 24/7 most of my friends and family now know and are cool with it.

I'm in the same boat really - I have not shared this with any family members other than my wife, and I really appreciate the fact that this site exists. It's a great place to share and have others share with us.

I have been seen by other people, but I have never explained why I had on a diaper.

Just my wife. None of my other family members. My 2 grown kids know, because they ay have seen my diapers or plastic pants folded on the washer or something like that. I never told them.

NO members of the family know I wear diapers at night

When I came home wounded and incontinent but still alive from the war my Mom and my two sisters were just thankful.

I met my wife when she came in to remove my diaper, cath and shave me for my last operation.

Yes my family knows I'm diapered.

Everyone in my family knows and so do quite a few of my close friends.

My partner, most of my family, my physicians, and a few close friends know.

It is not often talked about but, my whole family and most of my friends know I wear for need.

My family and friends don't know that I know of. I keep to my self. The only people that knows is professionals that I use (doctors, massage therapist, and my brazilian waxer). I need diapers for a medical reasons .

Wife and immediate relatives on her side only.

No one else except doctors know as obviously it is on my notes.

As soon as I became diaper-dependent following my prostatectomy, I explained my diaper need to my parents and siblings. I also told assorted friends over the years and, frankly, don't really care who knows about it. I don't "advertise" it when in public, but feel no need for secrecy.

No secret in my family, or frankly with first cousins etc. I was a chronic bedwetter growing up and never stopped.

Well, my ex-wife, my current wife and 2 of her sisters. ( she shares everything). and she has changed me at there houses.

I told my wife when we first met that I wore diapers and rubber pants, and had loved to for most of my life and I first started to like diapers when I was a teen, wet my bed and had to have my mother diaper me every night. After her initial reactions of disbelief and skepticism, she asked to see so I showed her my diapers and rubber pants under my trousers. She asked if I used them and I told her my diapers were wet and I had wet myself while we were talking. That provoked a very long conversation that lasted most of the night, and my diapers had become so wet that we had to leave, go to my place and out of curiosity, she told me she would change me. Well, we have been together since, she and her daughter moved in, and now not only do they know, but she's told several of her girlfriends, her mother and her sister that I'm a diaper boy. My two sisters also know and have for decades, along with their spouses.

All my friends and family know I need and use and I would say 99% of them have at some point provided care ,they also know I “stress test “diapers for fun and knowledge .

there is unlike for most people no “cost “

I don’t need to ” hide” diapers because everybody knows.

i am not ashamed of incontinenCe or stigmatized by it.

I have an illness , I am not my illness

perfect strangers see a positioned/restrained adult/ child in a power wheelchair and assume “they must be diapered”

with all that said if I have a diaper failure nobody cares , diapers leak that’s what they do, nobody is going to get mouthy to an obviously physically disabled guy whose diaper might be leaking .

so I have freedoms not generally experienced by diaper wearers.

as a side not ,I didn’t know it when I moved here, but I got a great neighborhood a couple of miles from my house is an international institute of excellence for intellectual and physical disabilities almost everyone there wears some kind of protection and or a mobility device , so before I had my own aide and even now that I do , if I am out and get into trouble , people pop out of the wood work to give you a hand because the going or leaving work on break running an errand etc and they all have the specialized skills to assist you no matter what you need or when . Like when I got my service dog “do you want him to have any special skills” I said no , I should have said yes I want a seizure dog, I just by luck got a partner who didn’t need training he was a natural at warning me I was going to have a seizure .

I am just one low flying diaper out of hundreds in my ‘hood any given day, and 9-10X’s that of people that will just stop to give aide because you lool like you may need it.

No one in my family does but i wear them when i can be in private . because sometimes I do have bowel issues

All my family an close friends know now, but 15 years ago no one knew. Back then I wore for fun, now for fun and medical needs so I no longer need to hide it.
