Open Tube

I have a shower shot nozzle that I refrained from using because the water main pressure is too high at 60 PSI. I have now removed the shower head and inserted a ball valve as a flow control. It's located between the main pipe and shower head that protrudes from the wall.The shower hose with the shower shot attaches to the ball valve. Most recently, I have found that the shower shot and the shower head can be unscrewed and replaced by fitting the shower hose with a tubing barb. With 3/8 in. O.D. vinyl tubing attached to the barb I can self administer open tube colonic irrigations at the temperature and pressure that I desire. The flow can be started and stopped almost instantly and I can use either the shower shot or colon tube to deliver the water into my colon. Its an easy to use modification that gives me an enema a day to keep the doctor away.
