I am new to pretty much everything but I am open and know that it has taken me too long to explore. I have seen some photos with estim in the tip of the penis. This looks exciting and I would like to try doing that to someone. Where do I get started and how is this done? I need tools, safety and tips. What type of device is that and how does it feel?

It feels wonderful. The equivalent for you would be one in your urethra, with the other contact somehow attached to your clit. It brings a whole new experience of what sex can be.

I know I'm being a kill joy here but I think you should be extremely careful about this until you've experienced electro stim to the rest of your body. @Ruby - A little knowledge is dangerous. No knowledge at all is a potential catastrophe. This is not the place to gain information about 'tools' and 'tips', when you know absolutely nothing - and advisors who know half of nothing telling you to 'somehow' attach electrodes to your clit.

My husband and I have done this with some degree of frequency over the last 20 years. He likes the flexible solid conductive rubber urethral urethral monopolar electrodes in conjunction with monopolar anal electrodes or conductive bands that encircle the scrotum. He also likes the rimba bipolar metal urethral electrode.

You can make your urethral insertions before or after the anal electrode is inserted, but you must wash hands after anal insertion and change gloves before the urethral insertion.

The caveats for using these electrodes are the same as any other urethral insertion of catheters or sounds. You must use sterile electrodes. You can sterilize them (or come close enough) in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes at pressure. Make sure you keep them sterile after removal by packing them in sterilizing envelopes or at least folded paper towels so they stay covered until ready for use. Life of the rimba type bipolar electrode is shorter than other electrodes because the heat will eventually cause failure of the electrode.

Use sterile single use pack lubricants. A betadine cleanse of the penis is also important. Wash your hands thoroughly and use gloves when making urethral insertions.

AFTER YOU HAVE MASTERED THE INSERTION ON YOURSELF, YOU CAN TRY THIS ON YOUR PARTNER. Have just tried using my TENS machine on one of my 24 yo friends with the most incredible results.
