I would get a saline enema, e.g. Fleet, and empty it into a clean container for use later.
Then, fill the bottle with lukewarm water, be in a comfortable position, (e.g. squatting, lying on your left side, on your tummy or any other comfortable position.
I can't very well give you medical advice here, but here is what I would do, if I were in your situation, but had my knowlege:
I would: Put 2 and 1/4 teaspoon of table salt into one quart of lukewarm water (whatever is comfortable on your wrist).
I would: fill the aforementioned 4.5 oz plastic bottle with the (physiologic saline) solution.
I would:Inject the solution, and wait for a minute or so. If I wanted to try more.
I would until I got a feeling that I like, or until the quart is alll injected, 4.5 oz at a time with whatever interval desired.
If I have no unpleasant discomfort, I would wait until I either got some interesting feeling or just wanted to quit.
I would expel.
I would repeat at whatever time felt appropriate to me, and, if no apparent effect, get up and sit (and maybe chat on zity.com.
When I feel like expelling, I would do so.
At whatever interval seems good, I would repeat the enema and walk around for a while, taking note of any feelings.
If by then I were comfortable with what I had done so far, I would use an enema bag or larger enema syringe, and after the first quart, put in a half pint more of the same formula. I would continue the above cycle unil I had a result that I like.
How's that?
