Growing up, I was raised to be a 'good boy.' My mother reinforced this with a wooden paddle. The enema was used for fevers and once as a kind of punishment. With time, its meaning has morphed in my head. Some of my fantasies now revolve around what it means to be a 'good bot' or a 'big boy,' that is, to be able to take a large, hot, and soapy enema without any fussing, just like the other big boys do. and to make my mother proud of me. I'm curious if this resonates with others. I'm thinking it is a form of age-play.

The only time I ever heard that expression from my mom was when I was 7 or 8 and my mom was giving my little brother the dreaded bum bulb over her lap and he was fussing and crying. I went in the bathroom and told her I couldn't go either. She said after we are done, sit on the toilet and try hard, because a Big Boy enema would make me sick to my stomach. Having never had one, I tried hard and avoided the "Big Boy Enema". I didn't have a large volume enema until 2 years later in the hospital. I never got a "Big Boy Enema" from mom, but I did get an adult enema from her when I was 14, she said the same thing again, "sometimes these things can make you sick to your stomach".

-EB, Yes you comments resonate with me. The enema experience is more then just the actual enema. Words, sounds, comments all enhance the experience. My mother usually used the words "bare bummer enema" i.e. I'm going to give you an enema in your bare bummer. Although she never used the words "big boy" she did often comment ed that I had to take my enema like a "good boy" I found these words and comments very exciting.

I got my 1st BIG BOY enema around 9.

After " being told " what was coming, I expected getting the bulb, but Mom had the red bag hanging waiting.

Instead of having to climb over her lap, I was made to strip and get into knees and elbow position.

It was the biggest enema to date, as I probably got 1 to 2 quarts at this time.

I remember her telling me what a good big boy I was and " just a little more ".

I was given a regular or real enema with a bag at a doctors office. I was only 5 at that point. At the doctors office they tired a few suppositories and It really did not do anything to get me to go like they wanted me to. Then the doctor tried a fleet enema. Which was a little better but not much better than the suppositories. So the doctor I remember said we need to try the kit on you. I had no idea what the kit was. I found out and it was a bag enema. I have vivid memories like it was just yesterday. I remember it felt like something was flowing in my butt. I remember it did not hurt but felt weird. Then I sort of liked to feeling but it was hard to understand. Then I was overwhelmed by feeling like I had to go poop very badly. I also had a feeling like I was getting very full. Like I ate too much all at once. As they took the nozzle out of my butt I could not hold it and released a bit. Well actually it ran out then I held it in. The nurse asked me if I wanted to run to the bathroom or have a diaper put on me. I never forgot on the way back home from the doctor going over bumps in the car and feeling my butt explode in the diaper. That was quite a sensation. Luckly we only lived a block away and I was placed on the toliet crying and my butt exploded again and again. This all started me having to be given regular enemas at home by my parents.
