Tens 7000 settings

I just purchased a Tens 7000 and this is the first time that I have ever used a stimulator I have been trying to get used to it with the settings only used it two times so far. I am using it at a low and moderate settings. I was just wondering if someone else has the same unit and what numbers in frequency and pulse rate that they normally use . and also do you get better results with the conductive rubber loops than you do with the pads? any responses would be helpful thank you in advance.

It doesn't help much to know someone else's setting, or even your own. The skin changes its conductivity daily, with what you eat & drink, exactly where you place the trodes, and even the weather. Which rhythms, settings, etc feel good one day may not feel the same another day. You have to experiment, even tho you may find settings etc that you tend to like most days.

I have come to prefer the lowest settings possible, while still penetrating the skin and causing first effects on muscles and nerves, since those tend to travel and ripple as they go along. Feels wonderful. When I've stimmed women, some loved the similar effect of waves traveling down their labia.

What trodes you prefer is a very individual thing. Some days I like one, other days another. Electro gel pads are very good trodes for both men and women; don't be fooled into thinking that only expensive insertable trodes are good. They just feel a bit different, and can do different things.

Estim is a relatively expensive experimental hobby. I have several dozen trodes, Conductive Rubber, and medical gel pads, as well as a variety of power boxes, including the best from ErosTek. They feel much better than a simple medical TENS unit that don't have any variety in the rhythms and vibes that they can produce. They cost a small fortune.

I have a Tens 7000 and want to know the best placement on a penis and other parts of a male for maximum stimulation. Also how long is a safe time to have the attachments used at one time. Last question use of an electrode in the the urethra, how much time can it be left in safely. I love the climax. I have let the stim run for more than an hour.
