Diapers and sleep patterns

I really started to love full time in winter. I live in a climate thats cold in winter and nothing beats wearing a diaper and staying cosy in the blankets.

Definitely sleep better with a diaper on. without one I will have to wake up multiple times during the night to go to the bathroom. with one on i can wake up and go and go right back to sleep immediately. if I have to get up it takes a while to get back to good sleep.

I sleep better with a thick and plastic diaper. Also with a girl nightgown.

Like so many others I started wetting the bed and it was starting to affect my sleep, that's when my wife started and made me wear a thick diaper and plastic panties to bed, moreover that my wife won't let me sleep with her anymore, unless I'm wearing diapers. Before she made me wear diapers at night, I woke up at least two to three times at night to go to the bathroom and often the damage was already done, I had pissed in bed. At first I had trouble falling asleep with all this mass of thick tissue between my legs as well as the rustling of the plastic panties and also the plastic mattress cover with every movement in bed. Since then I sometimes wake up when I have to pee and let it go in my diaper then fall asleep right away except, I got a little paranoid and frequently run my hand over the plastic mattress cover to check if I really wet my diaper abundantly and it leaks. Because I get harsh reprimands from my wife when I happen to wet the bedspread🥵. To answer, if I sleep better with diapers, I would say yes that I sleep much better with diapers and with my plastic baby panties.

It took some time to get adappted to fall asleep in diapers and plastic pants. But now I practically need it. I feel naked without a good thick terry nappy and serious rubber and plastic pants. In a hotel it is little bit difficult to hide. But sometimes I take it easy and let them dry in the shower. Sometimes I am lasy and forget it or I am too tired or whatever the reason is. But in the morning I miss it very much and instead of going to the toilett I take them on and let it go. It's a wonderfull feeling and I feel much better then

It has been 30 years since I started adult bedwetting and wearing diapers. I would think that I would have difficulty falling asleep without wearing a diaper in bed. My wife certainly would not allow it!

I have been been bedwetting nearly my whole life. 71 now.

Never wore any type of protection growing up, wasn't available. Now if I don't wear any protection , I feel naked .

It is better, the main reason being not having to get up to go to the toilet in the night! Just doing it in bed is a great feeling.
