What enema recipe and procedure do you use for a very relaxing enema?

I am curious as to what enema recipes and procedure others use to feel very relaxed. I like to mix damiana herb powder in two quarts of hot water, cool it down till it is warm, and then take the enema liquid using a red bag with a two foot long colon tube. I do this in a room that is lit by a sandlewood scented candle while listening to a relaxing CD (Voyage of the Soul by Frederic Delarue).

Don't take enemas when relaxation is the best strategy.

The absolutely most relaxing enemas I have ever had is when i take cayenne and make tea from it. After it seeps, I remove the powder. Add enough water to make a pint. Cool down to 110 F. Insert and retain mixture for 15 to 20 minutes. Then do a 2-3 quart warm water (105-110) baking soda rinse or 2. Then go to bed and sleep like a baby all night through.

I have never taken an enema for the sheer relaxation you are proposing. My goals have always been the literal cleansing, and my own gratification. More often the latter. I attach a sexual connotation to nearly every 2 or 3 bag set I do, and the sexual activity that ensues is always as frantic and high energy as an old man can generate. I will say this. Afterward, I'm about as relaxed as you can get. So, I guess I achieve your goal, just in a different way.

I'm with you Gape. When you want to relax read the phone book. Guaranteed to put you to sleep. As for cayenne pepper, YIKES!

For a relaxing, stress relieving enema I always pay close attention to the set up of the room. Dim lighting, a soft spot to lie down with warm fuzzy towels are a must. As for the enema itself, a baking soda solution works really well for me. One tablespoon per quart dissolved in water at about 110F (which will cool below 106F before you inject it) creates a nice soothing enema that is easy to take. My equipment? My trusty four-quart bag with either my double balloon nozzle or my 40Fr. Pezzer. With either choice there is no worry about anything slipping out which allows me to focus totally on me!

Afterwards, I always feel a sense of "centerness" and relaxation with the stress gone the way of the enema solution!

Most of the time I use a soapy water enema. I either mix ivory soap bar or use baby shampoo. I have also used castile peppermint soap as well. I find the soap water enema gives a better cleaning out.

I've been so intent on the mechanics of the enema that I have not thought beyond that. This opens up a whole other aspect, which is why I came here in the first place!

I can put on some music, light some scented candles and I have noticed the tile is a bit hard and cold. Maybe a yoga mat under the towel would work?

I am an enema purist and have trained myself to leave Mr. Happy for my wife to play with and enjoy. My girl does not like the idea of me pleasuring myself. I was brought up to believe in the advanced health that comes from regular enema treatments. The wife had only one and she was a teenager then. I have given her a few, which she craved to receive from me. It is a balancing act to be able to treat myself as needed and avoid her control issues.

This is what we like:

She likes A& D Ointment, the smell alone turns her on. She likes it at body temperature. She likes a little salt and some soda in it. She likes to feel a little full, but not anxious. But most of all she likes to be teased and caressed prior to getting the knoz. She wants to really want it. She likes the idea of pulling it out of herself and putting it in me, which helps her to connect. She of course likes the knoz to stay put and to not have to worry about it making a mess. Having to fuss with the knoz after sending it home is a frustration to her. Too much enema talk and she is disgusted. She likes real pleasuring action, and sounds, not talk. You might say, she is a show me girl, not a tell me one. She likes to make noise and whisper, but I am hard of hearing. Usually she will cum twice, with her little tummy full and again after she has loaded me up and takes me in to finish my fill as she pushes her tush into my tummy, asking me to get deeper.

What I really like to do.........half a bag of really strong coffee. While I hold that, I do upm a bag of very warm soapy water with a couple spoons of baking soda. I can usually take that full bag as well. I will hold that as long as I can, and when I empty, I am empty.Then I do a series of soapy and clear rinse enemas. The final one is a full bag of green tea. I can usually hold that for at least a half hour. When I am done I just feel good. The whole process is about two hours of pure bliss.

Plain warm water, sometimes with a bit of salt and soda are only solutions I use. Even reading some of the recipes on this site does not stir me to use anything else other than an occasional coffee enema.

Take one magnificently accommodating woman....lay out the welcumming mat....mix together a few soapy quarts...pop in a lil salt ...stir all ingredients well, including partner....ease down seat....apply necessary garnish....lightly prod while priming entrée....pay attention to the grand entrance....separate out the soft fleshy parts....handle while dipping into....take time in consuming ...serve comfortably warm till well done...allow time to stimulate proceedings....dine on a slice of paradise....mindful of sweets yet to cum....savour the moment....never rush except to flush....enjoy the results.

Nothing exotic at all, simply soap and warm water, well dissolved and saturated. Plain water does not feel as relaxing to me , somewhat more harsh when expelling, if that does not seem to be counter-intuitive. My Mum would use Pears' soap, then, and possibly still a byword for purity. Vaseline for lubrication, and all administered in the evening before a long and relaxing slide into sleep.

Be carful, don't use harmful solutions. And just do what you experience as feeling good. I think variouse different aspects of this effect each of us differently. The more you do it the more you will experience the benefits.

I have mostly used water over the years but have recently tried about 30 CCs of mineral oil followed by 240 of water and 1 or 2 CCs of peppermint castle soap. I use a 60 CC syringe and 5/16 tubing. I lay on my belly, insert the tube, draw the oil, inject it, wait a few minutes, then start injecting the soap solution. The oil goes in with no noticeable feeling however by the second syringe of soap solution I can feel my bowel react. After I inject the remaining doses, I remove the tube and pull up my pajamas and allow the already building pressure to keep building. I re position myself frequently to allow the solution to distribute and do its work. After about 10-15 minutes of retention I head off to the toilet for the most satisfying release I cam remember having, even better than some large volume water enemas. I also enjoy the sensation that is caused by the peppermint soap as it flows out. All in all it is very relaxing while very effective. The only thing that could make it better is for a "nurse" to give it to me.

I find a coffee enema as the last in a series to be the most relaxing. I've gotten cleaned out well by that point and the coffee seems to make me feel so mellow. I am always solo for it and feel absolutely wonderful afterwards.
