Germany Inflatable And Lube

I recently received one of those yellow and orange inflatable nozzles from Germany. I have only used it a few times but so far it is wonderful and makes me want to try every inflatable I can find. The thing seems very good quality and it was pricy but well worth it.

Anyway can anyone help me here, it is covered in "Silkolatex" probably spelled wrong but anyway. My lube of choice is vaporub and every nozzle I own except this one is either plastic or metal so it was never an issue but vaporub I believe will break down latex. Is this silkolatex safe to not break down, Does anyone have any knowledge on this.

I would only use a water based lube or soap on any type of balloon nozzle. Anything with any type of petroleum in it will damage a latex balloon. Considering the cost of one, I would do anything to avoid having it be ruined.

You have to be careful with oil based, or greasy lubricants, because they will definitely break down nozzles of this type!!!

Vaporub is petroleum based and will damage it.

Those are not cheap, you should know better

You have to use a water soluble lube on it or it would get damaged with use of any oil or grease based lube.

Petroleum jelly based lubricants are deadly to latex. Be careful.

I used Vaseline for years on a latex colon tube and it took a LONG time to cause it to begin to crumble; like 7 years. But, with the thin amount of latex in a balloon nozzle, I am afraid that the degeneration would happen rather quickly. I use an EZM inflatable nozzle with a silicone balloon that is not damaged by petroleum products. If I had one of the more expensive inflatables, I'd stay away from petroleum lubes to prolong the nozzle life. And yes, I too like Vapo-Rub for it's tingle, but reserve it for use on a solid vaginal or BaE nozzle. For the German Rusch inflatable, stick to non-petroleum lubes. I am not a big fan of KY, or Surgilube, but there are many silicone based lubes that are very good, as well as aloe vera lotions and other slippery non-petroleum products. Part of the fun is trying out ALL of them!

I have a double balloon nozzle in silicone,and don't use any lube,insert and pump up and it cant come out. Perfect for enforced enemas.

My wife usually gives me my enemas while I first go down on her and then have sex with her. We both love this - well, she loves the sex and I love both; she puts up with the enemas). After a couple of messes (thankfully just water) using conventional equipment, I invested in a double-balloon nozzle purchased on a very large ecommerce site. Unfortunately, I found it completely unusable. It's just too big for me, and I'm a pretty big guy. It was 50/50 inserting the nozzle, and even when I was able to successfully get it in, it was very, very uncomfortable.

I next tried an "Enema Retention Flexible-Inflatable Nozzle", which has one ballon, similar to a foley cath. That worked great at first, but those are designed for one-time use in a hospital setting (probably what they use for barium enemas these days?), and can get pretty gross after a couple of uses because the balloon is just secured to the nozzle with some sort of thread (surgical)?, and the thread is impossible to get completely clean. Worse, the inflation pillow has failed on us a few times (allowing the balloon to deflate), and we've had just as many mishaps with that type of nozzle as we did with conventional equipment.

In researching alternatives later, I came to realize that my original double-balloon nozzle, and all those of that style readily available in the US, so far as I can tell, is a silicone nozzle with a 750 CC outer balloon. I still really wanted a reliable inflation nozzle, but that size just isn't an option for me. A popular enema equipment specialist website (not sure if kosher to mention the name here?) has two size nozzles listed on their site, one similar to mine with a 750 CC outer balloon, and another with a 500 CC outer balloon. Unfortunately, the 500 CC model has been out of stock for months.

I finally found an alternative on an auction site, which I'm excited to try. By searching the U.S. listings, I found the same nozzle OP describes. I found it intriguing, but some of the feedback regarding the two bulbs sharing a single air supply were slightly negative. However, in reviewing that feedback, I was able to find an international listing for exactly what I was looking for, a double-ballon nozzle with 250 CC balloons. It also appears to be latex rather than silicone, and I'm hoping the combination of smaller size and softer material will be exactly what I need. If you want to check it out, search ebay for "Balloon double rectal tube enema nozzle", and check out the international listings. 59 GBP for the nozzle and another 12 GBP for shipping. That translated to $102.53, all in.

Mine shipped from Germany yesterday, and it should be here by the end of the month. I'll follow up with a review after a trial run.

@ Moe^^^ On the right track there...Presume it's the German Mfg "Rusch".(www.medtech3000.de)...Menu selection upper left side--Click onto Klistier/Einlauf....plus many other delightful medical goodies if browsing.... They supply one very nice single (bullet nose) latex rubber balloon catheter at moderate /reasonable price....their double is a 250/250cc. with correct (snug) spacing affordably...

If you like to use a petroleum based lubricant, you really need a silicon double balloon nozzle. It holds up well to all types of lubricants, as long as it is well cleaned afterwards. I have several that I've had for years. Good cleaning is the key. With latex, oils break down the latex easily, even with a good cleaning!!!

Silkolatex...sounds like a latex base covered with silicone so better use a lube that doesnt harm either silicone or latex, foley catheters can be made this way.

After perusing the medtech site, I can definitely say that the Germans really have it going on when it comes to enemas.
