And a related question--do you prefer being on the doctor end or the patient end of the stethoscope? If you prefer the doctor end--is it the actual sound of your play patient's heart, lungs, etc.? Seeing her topless and having good access to all of the auscultation points? The physical contact, such as lifting her left breast to get a good listen at her mitral valve? If you prefer the patient end, what appeals to you most--your play doc hearing what's going on inside and commenting on how you sound, the vulnerability of being topless for the exam, the physical contact, the cool touch of the stethoscope?

I would definitely choose being the doctor whether it is during a real exam or during a roleplay. Its a unique instrument/tool that holds authority and demonstrates control, especially with bringing the bell of the stethoscope to close proximity of the patient's body. In particularly it is quite intimate to be examining a woman's heartbeat with the thought of being near her breast just brushing past the breast or stimulating the nipple, or placing on her abdomen. Even handling the breasts and moving it to put the piece on the correct contact points of the hearts valves.

For me, its a combination of hearing deep inside another body and the exposed female breast! This combination makes it perfect for me.
