Hi. Not sure if this is the correct area,
I have read about putting salt in an enema so you don't throw off electrolytes. That leads me to believe the body is absorbing large amounts of water. So. If i am correct does that mean an enema can be very hydrating? I do compete in some endurance sports, or go out and have more than a few drinks sometimes. Lol. Both can be very dehydrating.
