Physical Exams in other than exam rooms

My first hernia exam was for a mandatory school sports participation physical. The school system had made arrangements with a local doctor to supply physicals to any students that wanted one for a cheaper price, so the place was packed. It took place at an old home that the doctor had converted the entire first floor into his private practice. The line of kids snaked through the office going from station to station having different parts of the exam as we went.

The final station was of course the hernia exam being conducted by the older male physician. It was in the very back of the house in a very small storage room just off of their lab (which was just the old kitchen of the home). The room was small but had a lot of windows and a door leading to the outside (which was open) and was full of filing cabinets. The doctor was sitting on a small stool in front of a window and was using the top of a filing cabinet as a desk to sign the paperwork as the kids went through. The room was dark except the light coming in from the windows and door. There was a nurse standing at the doorway from the lab into the room acting as a gate keeper, as one boy finished coughing the next boy would enter. As one was instructed to pull up their pants the other was told to lower them as the doctor signed the exam forms and would re-glove. Then the one finished would leave through the open door and the next would step over in front of the doctor with their pants bunched up around their knees.

My school fitness exams, while not medical exams, were done in the little gym/coach's office off the main gym in my school. It was really more of a big storage area but they still managed to fit 5-7 of us in their with enough room to move around.

We had a medical room at primary school which was just another small room that was used for storage when the nurse wasn’t visiting. Was never any more than eye testing and injections in it that I can remember.

At secondary school we had a medical hut in the playground. Ironically it was beside the hut where the teachers were allowed to smoke! The windows were blacked out and boys got hernia tests in there.

When I was in high school, the sports exams were conducted back stage; they would set up a curtain around a massage table, and perform the exams there.

When Wrestling i was offen examined by Out Coach in His Office because i was a late bloomer.

When I was in Grade 9 in Junior High School all the boys were examined in the gym during a regular physical education class wearing our gym uniforms and lowering our gym shorts and jockstraps for examination of our genitals and anuses.

Oof, I had a genital exam in the corridor of the hotel, believe it or not.

I was around 7-8 y.o. and a “fancy” lady doctor front the capital came to your city. Since I needed my testicles checked for development parents arranged a meeting with her and she agreed, but didn’t even propose to do it in her hotel room. So I ended up with my undies down to knees and her palpating my balls in the corridor, kind of like a lounge section of the hotel, behind the sofa that was standing there.
