A local man advertised a request asking for someone to give him an enema, saying he had tried and was only able to take one quart. I replied to him as follows, and would appreciate feedback on the answer I gave him.
The quart limit was probably from tension, it's not always easy to relax, but it helps a lot.
Another thing that helps is the "three position" sequence: for one-third of the enema, lying on the left side with the right leg pulled up towards the chest, called the Simms position. For the second third of the enema, either with knees on the bed and head and shoulders down on the bed, "knee-chest position", or lying on the back with knees up. For the last third of the enema, lying on the right side. These three positions help the enema flow more deeply into the various parts of the colon.
It also helps if the giver of the enema massages the various parts of the abdomen over the various parts of the colon. Some enema givers masturbate the receiver while the enema flows, but this release eliminates the erotic aspect of the enema for a half hour or so until recovery, and the remainder of the enema might become tedious without the erotic arousal. Most enema receivers enjoy having the enema nozzle move back and forth, "fucking" the anus, adding to the erotic appeal without bringing on an orgasm, especially with larger nozzles.
As a giver, I especially enjoy seeing the nozzle inserted into the anus, and the reaction of the receiver to being fucked with the nozzle. Receivers seem to enjoy masturbating or being masturbated during expulsion or shortly afterwards.
Usual practice in the past included an initial 2 quart soap suds enema, followed by two rinse enemas of two or three quarts each. The rinse enemas should have salt and baking soda added for the sake of electrolyte balance and limiting absorption through the walls of the colon. Current opinion is tending to think that the soap suds enema is too irritating to the inner walls of the the colon, and that three plain water (with salt and soda) enemas is a better idea. Past years' experiences were always with an initial soap suds enema, with soap foam seen at some stage by the receiver; probably nostalgia for childhood enemas is the cause for people still preferring an initial soapsuds enema.
For larger enemas, the double balloon nozzle is almost necessity to prevent leakage as internal pressure increases. For a two quart enema, that is usually not necessary. The four quart enema I received last week was all lying on my back so I could watch the giver insert the double balloon nozzle (didn't work, in the future I will arrange a mirror for this purpose), and watch the bag deflate. The giver enjoyed watching my lower belly swell, but I could not see it clearly.
Enema enthusiasts seem intent on taking five or six quarts, but responsible opinion is those amount are potentially dangerous and should be avoided. Even four quarts, which I receive easily, might be unwise for some people, and the old, reliable enema bag holding two quarts might be the safest choice. The enema is potentially a great erotic thrill, but good sense should be heeded anyway.
Hope these comments are helpful to you. I would be glad to give you an enema or a series of enemas, and while reciprocation would be nice, to is not a requirement. Let me know your thoughts on the matter. Sincerely, goat17obispo@gmail.com
