I have done my own urine enema. Its ok. Its more about the thrill for me. i would get off more if i could see an enema partner peeing into a funnel that was going into my butt!

I have peed into an enema bag and used that for an enema and never had a problem. But my pee is mostly clear since I drink lots of water and juice. Not sure about the stronger stuff. My guy has also given me direct anal enemas and no problem with that either.

So I have just started taking solo urine enemas, for purely sexual gratification reasons, (Admittedly high).

I have done this 3 times now. Having been a long time water sports fan, this seemed a very sexually exciting thing to try. I'm quite a large fan of urine enemas. Usually I will start collecting in the morning into a bottle, drinking tea or soy so as much piss is generated as possible, then take the enema in the evening. Sometimes I will dilute the enema to whatever capacity I felt like taking at the time, if I don't feel like I collected enough.

Piss enemas are actually easier to take and hold, because they are salty like a saline solution. Once I managed to hold a 500ml urine enema for an entire day, and was farting piss-smelling farts the entire day. Had to use another enema to clean out the old one, since it made its way up the colon and doesn't seem to be coming out soon.

Urine contains urea, which is somewhat bad for the body, but not as bad as ammonia. Urea will decompose into ammonia if left for too long, which is why stale urine smells so bad. As a rule of thumb, I will not take a urine enema if it's older than a day, or if it smells too much like ammonia.

And as many before me has mentioned, no don't use a catheter.
