I work out 5 to 6 days a week, weigh 180 pounds, and have not been in better condition since the 80s when I went from 247 to 167 pounds over a 10 month period.. I feel great!
About coffee enemas... If they are causing your BP to go into the stratosphere, gosh ~ a wet & warm 2-quart water enema would still serve the purpose and not create cardiac issues for you. Tis hoped that you will look at it from the perspective of 'life', and that you want one for as many years as He will give to you, and find something without caffeine to satisfy your desire and/or need for the quality systemic cleansings.
Yep, I am a senior, and feel pretty damn good about it. I'm off to the Poconos on September 7th for a week or two, and may go down to visit family in Maryland, so I can run into D.C. for 2 to 3 days.
