Order of events in play exams

Do you have a favourite order for things to happen in your play exams?

Which bits are the most exciting and humiliating for you?

I'll start with my favourite order for the exam to follow:

Obviously I'm fully clothed at the start.

The doc is behind a desk, with a nurse tiding up some equipment on a table at the side of the room.

I'm asked to remove my shirt and sit on a chair at the side of the doc, BP is taken.

Doc now does the chest exam by standing next to my chair.

I'm asked to stand and remove my trousers. I'm now just in one of my thongs or pouches.

The doc now starts to perform a general checkup of my body, with the nurse having moved over to be by my side.

Doc asks me to remove my underwear. I start to pull the thong down, but the nurse takes over, pulls it to the floor and I just step out of it.

Doc now asks nurse to get me weighed and my height taken...

That done I go back over to Doc and an initial genital exam is performed, before I'm asked to bend over and the nurse pulls my cheeks apart for the doc to have a closer look.

It's now onto the table for the full genital exam, followed by getting on all fours for the rectal.

As far as play ob-gyn exams, I like to follow the exact order of real exams but just take a little more time. I didn't like how in the Stonefox videos they sometimes did the pap before the external exam, or the bimanual before the pap, etc.

Play exams with my girlfriend in adolescence always ended in buttock injections realistically simulated with real pins. Just as in real examinations, regardless of what came first, my thoughts throughout were fearful anticipation of bending over with pants down for one or more shots in my vulnerable bare bottom. I think she felt the same when I examined her.

I like to follow the order that the real doctor uses...

I follow the regular order that real doctors use, unless we are doing a scenario in which the patient has a specific complaint.

As real als it gets

I like everything realistic. I start by having the patient strip to his undershorts. (I tell them in advance to wear white briefs.) I stay in the room and watch them strip. I instruct him to sit on the table and take his blood pressure. Then, while still sitting there, I look in his ears, eyes, and throat--using a tongue depressor. Then I check reflexes in elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles. I feel the neck and under the arms. Next is chest and heart auscultation. Then I instruct the patient to lie flat on his back on the table and do abdominal auscultation and palpation. Then I check pulses in the groins, behind the knees, and in the feet and ankles. Then I have him stand and drop his shorts and examine the head of the penis, testes, and do hernia exam. I finish with rectal exam either bent over the table or in Sims position. There is absolutely nothing sexual and I never allow "patients" to see me naked. I also never swap roles.

I pretty much follow the real doctor order but I like to change a couple of things to tickle my fancy and to make it a bit more embarrassing. A play exam has no "medical" edge to it, and I have found a bit of embarrassment kind of tickles something akin to that edge. Not the same, but the best I can do.

I like to have the patient strip to her underwear to be weighed while I get the supplies ready for the exam. I like watching girls strip and I like seeing them in their underwear. In fact when I look at the wonderful pictures that jill2dr posts in the gallery, i really love the ones where you can see their piles of cloths and their undies sticking out. But i digress. I also like to personally take the urine sample. I like seeing girls pee. Yes, I am like a 6 year old. Sue me (smile).

After the weighing I give them a gown and than pretty much go in the normal order. I save the urine sample for in the stirrups so as not to skip ahead. Same for the RT. I try to follow the doctor thing and start at the top and work my way down.

I like to start with an in-depth medical history, with thorough discussion of my sexual development and history. I'd obviously be reluctant to answer the invasive questions, but the dominant doctor would insist and I would ultimately comply. The doctor would then send me to a different room, perhaps with a nurse, to have me undress and put on a gown - I'm a little slow, or the nurse is impatient, and she eventually undresses me a little roughly, before guiding my firmly onto the examination couch.

I'm sitting there when the doctor comes in, leading a student. I protest a little at the addition of another person, but am ignored.

The nurse is flitting around, takes my vital signs brusquely, the doctor explaining some medical minutiae to the student. They practically ignore me as the doctor listens to my back, instructs the student as she does the same. Then I am instructed to lower my gown so they can listen to my heart. I am reluctant but comply.

When they are done, the doctor questions the student about what she heard, and the nurse pushes me down onto the table, takes away my gown so I am naked. I protest again, but am ignored. I see the doctor raise his eyebrows at the nurse, and suddenly she is restraining my hands by my sides, lifting my legs into stirrups and restraining them there.

They proceed with an abdominal exam, then a rectal and internal exam.

Well, the most important for me is that my doctors and nurses are very dominant and almost humillates me with their orders. but then i thing ther order is irrelevant

Having my vitals checked, and a nice, long heart exam is the way I would want to be examined. The stething can begin with my blouse unbuttoned just a bit, then all the way, then my front clasp bra opened as well so my chest is fully exposed to the doctors exploration.

My ideal partner would be in charge. It would be up to her as to where, when and what procedures take place. In one instance, she might touch me and say,"You feel warm dear, undo your pants and lie on the couch while I get the thermometer ". Or I could wake up one morning and she will remind me ,"No breakfast this morning, your surgical procedure is today", and she is ready to recreate the traumatic experience in the exact order it happened when I was a kid. Another dream scenario would be hanging out in the living room and the bedroom door opened and I hear my full name being called out and there she is in scrubs, calling me in to give me my exam. Being told to lay on my belly unsure of whats going to happen bach there is what excites my the most...
