Like @Anki , diapering as an additional punishment to follow a spanking is a fantasy that pops up for me from time to time. I think I would enjoy this in both dominant and submissive roles. I especially like the idea of adding diapering to an ageplay scenario where the little feels they are “too old” for diapers.

When I was around 4-6 years, my aunt would spank me regularly while I was in a nappy. She’d pull down my pants, then bend me over her knee, and then deliver ten hard spanks to my bottom.
