Penis Palpation & Urethral Inspection

When I was a kid the doctor to whom my mum took me to was her friend and she has seen or treated me since my birth. So, most of the time she examined me all naked even in my teens.

I laid on my back on the examination table,

She pulled back the foreskin, move my penis from side to side, then palpate it thoroughly, checking every bit of it which used to give me instant erections. She squeezed the tip to open the pee hole. She then felt my scrotum and squeezed each testicle gently.

Also, she asked me to turn my head to both the side and cough, as he dug two fingers up to do the hernia check and also checked the poop hole after enemas given.

When I was 14 or 15 as modesty striked in much earlier, I was really embarrassed when she did my naked exam and also my mum used to sit in the same room and watched every thing. They both giggled and teased of my newly sprouted pubic hairs and growing penis size.

Unfortunately no I’ve never got to experience this

Yes I have had it done before during some of my physical exams. I have had it done by both male and female providers. Two nurse practitioners have examined me this way and a few of the male doctors I seen have also examined me like this checking my penis and urethra. It's been done standing with my pants and underwear down and at least two of the male doctors have examined me like this while I was laying on the exam table. One has checked me like this while I have been naked in a gown. And the other male doctors have done it with me standing and my pants and underwear down.

I have had it done several times by both male and female doctors. Being uncircumcised it was a normal part of my pediatrician exams. Most often on a new patient exam or an exam done by a urologist. Usually, I'm standing. They will usually lift the penis, move it left and right, retract the foreskin then inspect the glans and open the meatus. Usually, they will then check the testicles, though sometimes they will do that first.

A few months ago, I was caught off guard, although the exam was not totally unexpected. I was in the ER with kidney stones. After pain meds and an initial exam of the flanks and abdomen, and a CT scan, they had a urologist come in (female). The stones had been noted before, but they weren't moving much on their own. (Left side was stuck in the ureter, right side was in the kidney itself) but they were pretty certain I was going to need stents. After the urologist discussed the matter with me while I was on the gurney, she moved the blanket out of the way so she could see, reached in and exposed just the head of my penis, retracted the foreskin and checked the patency of the urethra. It almost seemed like an afterthought. I ended up getting stents and then a few weeks later bilateral lithotripsy, followed in another couple of weeks a cystoscopy to remove the stents. Though I was unconscious for the first two procedures, I know they had to check the urethra, and I was awake for the final cystoscopy.
