I have been a patron of the Optimal Health Network for many years. They sell a variety of equipment that performs quite well, albeit a little spendy. Some of the equipment is a reasonable facsimile of the antique, or at least more vintage equipment, that many of developed quite a fetish for. Those end of the month discounts, for newsletter subscribers, take some of the bite off the pricing and the service is great.
I have also availed myself to their in-clinic services. I had a very relaxing and enjoyable time as Kristina administered an enema series. She even shipped my purchase afterward, so that I wouldn't have to pack it in my luggage. I was travelling for business and didn't want to chance travel companions becoming aware of my indulgences for some R&R.
As far as the healthy aspects go, she is certainly an advocate and proponent of enema cleansing and detox. I am too. At 60 years of age, and a lifelong enema user, I honestly believe that I have been healthier, less stressed, and a benefactor of this simple procedure and pleasure. I haven't had those typical prostate issues thus far and am able to manage my digestive system to suit my chaotic and high stress lifestyle. Needless to say, I also derive extreme pleasure from my enema indulgences. Enemas are also far less expensive than Viagra, Cialis, and similar drugs.
My 60 years of enema use haven't caused or created any negative health or medical problems. I've said before, my mom and grandma probably weren't so weird, in hindsight. My pediatrician was gruff, but may well have known what was good for me as a youngster. When I first began to self-administer, I had the common guilt feelings that lasted for many years. But, I learned to go with the flow and found a reasonable solution to many of those underlying stressors that we all experience as we progress through life. I enjoy enemas for what they are and what they can accomplish both physically and mentally. The outcums are most always positive!
