Very occasionally. A fleet enema was more common, but I don't really count that as an "enema" due to the low volume.

I can only remember receiving a suppository when dealing with flu like illnesses around ages 6-10

I never did! The only one I ever remember was somehow my mom got Finergan in suppository form when I was sick and that was the only experience I ever had before adulthood.
