I know many enjoy the cramping enemas can give, but I'm not one of them. Although you'll get some minor cramping from taking a full bag. I like to think of that as "erotic discomfort." My main attractions to enemas is the warm fullness, the anal stimulation, and the feeling afterwards. To that end, I try to minimize the cramping when taking or giving enemas.
I've come across something that I haven't seen covered here, but that doesn't mean it hasn't been discuss before. There are still lots of places on the site I haven't explored yet. I have a large collection of enema equipment, old and new. But there is just something about the attraction of using a black nozzle that I can't explain. I never got enemas with them growing up. Anyway, I will use my equipment when I have the time to relax and take my time. But there are times when I just like a good cleaning out. And for those times, I use a disposable enema bag. I would like to point out that disposable means don't keep it around for another use after your session. In a minute, you'll see why I am pointing that out. I will prepare a full bag using the castile soap packet, lube myself with Vaseline (don't break down when it gets wet like KY), and insert the tube about 4 or 5 inches. I hang the bag about 18 inches above my hips. As I relax on my bed, I will usually take the full bag in about 5 minutes, unless I have to stop for any cramping. Once the bag is empty, I will try and hold the enema for about 10 minutes if I can. It was during this period that I made a discovery. I hadn't closed the stopper on the hose and noticed the rise and fall of the solution in the hose coming out of the bottom of the bag. As I exhaled, it dropped. As I inhaled, it rose. Then as a cramp started and I started taking deep breaths, the solution started to rise up the hose and back into the bag. This is why you only want to use this bag once....it is now contaminated from the backflow. As the cramping went away, the solution drained back into me. By having the stopper open gave the solution an escape path and it minimized the cramping caused by the enema.
Usually when I do a cleaning session, I will follow the soapsuds enema with a coffee enema. You can really follow the level of the solution in the hose with a coffee enema. And having the stopper open, it makes for holding the coffee much easier to give it time to work as a liver detox. I don't know if anyone else has tried or noticed this, but I look forward to reading your comments.
