Glass Anal Plug to wear in public

My aunt uses a glass plug on me after inserting suppositories, and I keep still while lying on the bed with my bum slightly raised. I don't think I could walk very far with it in and it would slip out. Every few minutes she comes back into the bedroom and moves it out and then back in and it is better to keep still. I think a smaller one would be possible provided it did not slip all the way out.

I recently got a prism devi glass anal plug. The head is 1.75" in diameter, which may be too big for you right now. Anyhow, I can have it in all day and feel comfortable and enjoy it. Because the head is at a 25 degree angle to the stem and handle, you need to be sure you have it aimed correctly or it will be uncomfortable to put in and take out, so be careful. Be sure to lube your hole. Go slowly putting it in and taking it out, especially if you are not used to the size. I also have a Renegade plug, which comes in different sizes; I prefer a IV, but you might want an III. I used to wear it all day until I got the Prizm devi. Again, be sure top lube your hole and proceed[ slowly putting it in and out.

The glass I currently use is the Icicles 26. For me it is extremely comfortable to wear when out. The Icicles 25 is very comfortable also. I've had no trouble at all keeping them in place.

This is a tough question. On a lot of glass plugs you see, the neck is too long and the base or handle is too thick, so you end up with the end of the plug sticking out from between your cheeks. Not a good look under clothing. I have tried the aluminum version of the Luxotiq plug mentioned earlier in this thread. The Luxotiq plugs have a nice flat base and short neck, so the plug remains flush against your crack and nestled between your cheeks. This makes it unnoticeable under clothing. The shape of the plug itself seems to keep it firmly and safely inside. It will not fall out as you walk around with it in. Unfortunately, the glass versions are only available in either pink or purple. Clear is the best for glass toys, and yet unfortunately it is not available in clear. I do like the aluminum one, however. Another manufacturer makes one that looks just like it, except it is stainless steel and therefore a bit heavy (available here: http://www.thechaingang.com/adult-adventure/female-body-jewelry/butt-plugs-probes-insertables/art-deco-butt-plug.html). The benefit of this increase in weight with stainless steel is that it is more stimulating. You will not forget it's there. And JDS, glass toys such as these do not "fracture." These are not shot glasses or 5 cent Coke bottles we are talking about. This is solid glass.

I recently found an extremely high quality glass plug, available in various sizes. This is not the cheap stuff you might find on amazon, but the prices are very reasonable compared to other high end plugs. It is clear, and has a short neck and flat base so I believe it would stay hidden flush against the crack, nestled between the cheeks. But the base looks quite wide, so you would have to try it to know for sure. From what I have read in reviews of similar plugs, the larger sizes stay inside more securely, while the smaller sizes may be prone to falling out as one walks around. The larger sizes are still relatively easy to insert, due to the gradual shape and the smoothness of the glass. As always, you just need to get warmed up, stay relaxed, use lube, and be patient. I just don't like plugs with flat bases. They dig into my cheeks, especially while sitting. The curve and the ball on the one in my avatar is extremely comfy for me. But thats just me. Everybody is different.

I also have a glass one with the ball on the end. Although I love it and find it very comfortable, the only thing is that I could never go out in public with it in. The ball end stays on the outside of my cheeks rather than between them, so I think it would be too obvious that there was something sticking out of my butt if I ever tried to just put on a pair of pants over it and go anywhere. I am still glad to have this style plug, though, because it feels great just walking around the house and sitting around with it in.

My plug has a curve to it, an ergonomic curve. I wonder if that helps keep it in further. I've never had fall out or poke out. I wear it 5-8 hours a day and probably 5 days a week. Love it! It puts a smile on my face!

Like a couple of other people have said, Icicles glass plugs are brilliant I think personally. I always find they fit well and stay just inside your cheeks really nice. They, don't slip out. I have worn them for hours whilst out shopping without ever having any problems with them slipping out. I know this might sound silly but I am always concerned with the shorter ones slipping up inside. That would not be an ER visit that I would want to make. I do own a very nice glass anal toy but it’s shaped more like a very large rectal thermometer. I love it but you could never walk around or sit down with it inserted. It’s awesome for med fet play but it would be great to get one that I could sit on or walk with, at least around the house, defiantly not brave enough to do that in public. I'm sure it's been mentioned in every discussion pertaining to the technical details of anal plugs, but according to everything I have seen, you just need the base to be at least as wide as the maximum diameter of the part that goes inside you. This will supposedly keep the base on the outside and prevent the toy from being "swallowed." But do not hold me to that, because there are so many butt plugs out there that some shapes might be prone to being "swallowed" despite having a base that is larger than the maximum diameter of the head. The smaller versions of the plugs with the crystal on the outside of the base, for example, are said by many who have used them to be so small that they are prone to slipping all the way inside. So don't get something too small.

Well, my experience tells me that the base size is not the only thing relevant to "butt swallowing". If the plug has a neck that is long enough to place the head behind the sphincters, then the base can be small but the plug won't go anywhere. Such is my most comfortable glass plug for long term wearing, which I "accidentally" bought not expecting much of it. It has an almost 3 inches long neck with a smallish bulb as the base. I was really afraid it would be swallowed in no time, but it stays back there fine, even when sleeping. If a plug has a shorter neck (most of the do) and the sphincters are squeezing the plug head and pulling it in, than the size of the base is very important, and the rule of the thumb is as you said; base size should be about the width of the head.

Interesting point. What about if the base is wider than the maximum diameter of the plug, but the diameter of the neck is nearly as wide as the diameter of the base? For example, maybe a shape like this:

I wonder if such a close neck to base ratio could result in the plug being sucked in all the way. Maybe this would only be the case if the plug also had a short neck, which as you mentioned can cause pulling inward if the base is not large enough.
