What to wear or not wear for enemas??

Wear? Isn't that the idea? To wear nothing? I always like to be naked and have the giver be naked too. When I am asked to give, I want the subject to be completely naked and I want to be naked too. Viewing another's body while giving or receiving an enema is a good part of the experience.

Birthday suit for me! If I'm being given enemas, I prefer my e-mate to be, at least, partially clothed.

Usually nothing. I particularly enjoy watching the procedure and being fully naked keeps the view more pleasing. Unfortunately, my enemate is just a mirror image and likely to remain so forever. 😃

Janet28 has it nailed, especially being given enemas in the birthday suit.

Solo, and going for the usual plus full capacity, I always seem to wear socks.

With my RN emate of yore we came up, though indeed just for me, with a great fun fully-clothed enormous enema we called the Levi's Enema. I'd had the experience of not being able to button my pants while sneaking down the hallway to the men's room while holding a gorgeous janitor's sink enema from the rubber hose. Sez me, Why not be wearing a pair of pants that fit the enema tummy? So I bought a a pair of 501s three sizes bigger than my usual, and, at my emate's house on a hot summer afternoon, we tried them out, unwashed, in her back yard: We'd already gotten me completely empty indoors with much interim lovemaking. Near the side gate, she filled me clear up, to my great and loudly sighing delight, by holding the garden hose at an effective angle down the capacious back of the pants. Then we set out walking ever so slowly through the side gate to the park across the street. The mission was for me to hold that simply unbelievable enema for as long as I could once we were strolling along and trying to look quite innocent. It worked out so well that even she was breathing shallow as we held hands as I had a quietly groaning river barreling straight down the pantleg with a falling water soundtrack. We perfected this operation three times that afternoon, noting that the enema always chose just one or the other pantleg to go completely down, which also did suggest which side we should be holding hands on. One can imagine my delightful requirement upon getting back to the house, still holding hands.

I want to receive naked and prefer my giver to be wearing something similar to what my grandma or aunts would wear--robe, housecoat or the best bra and pantes

Totally naked . And a motherly type fully dressed giving me my enema

Being totally disrobed for an enema works best for me from many angles. I always end up showering after expelling, and I like the option to have a belly and back massage with oil (my dear giver used coconut oil as lubricant and for massage) or lotion (I tend to pick a fragranced one for self massage when solo).

However, as a creature of comfort I prefer to be in bed or, as a distant second best, in the shower with warm water running. If the weather is at all cold, I keep a hot water bottle in bed and also bring it to the bathroom to lean over as I expel; this helps with both cramping and the mechanics of expulsion.

I do keep a robe handy for passing by any windows on the way to the bathroom.

I prefer to be naked. But then I often prefer to be naked.

For me in the summertime completely naked. In the winter I wear warm socks or slippers.

I usually just wear a loose fitting top, nighty or a tee – to cover, nothing restrictive so I'm comfortable and can breathe easy. Nighty bottoms and panties are totally off. I don't want to struggle with anything below my waist, except I love having a bath towel around me if I'd had the enema in bed and I'm getting to the bathroom. I still like a little modesty in my life.
