Ejaculating while catheterized

I'm curious about trying a catheter, having tried a sound on an occasion and liked it. I ended up with an erection and cumming in that instance. It was a different and exciting experience. Visually, it was incredible to see something going INTO my penis. Is there any issue with ejaculating with a catheter in? I wouldn't think it would be different, but I've searched around and saw one mention that it burns. I'm thinking about hold a vibrator up to the catheter until cumming.

I've never experienced this, but had a medical student friend while at university who tried this. He found this painful rather than enjoyable as he expected. Talking to other medical student friends he was given the following possible explanation.

The urethra was full / being stretched by the catheter, so the semen had to force around the catheter

Normally during ejaculation, the bladder is shut off preventing the semen entering the bladder. With a catheter inserted this cannot happen, so semen can go back into bladder, which apparently is painful.

There was also some suggestion that doing this regularly can result in damage to the valve resulting in retrograde ejaculation when ejaculating normally.

As I say I've not experienced this and am not a play doctor so can't vouch for this information. Hopefully others will have more info for you.

I hadn't considered the retrograde ejaculation risk. If that is indeed a risk then cumming while sounding is a better idea. No cum in the moment of orgasm would be no fun for my partner and I!

Having not ever inserted something all the way to my bladder, I wasn't sure if this was even possible. I think the idea of retrieval while reading orgasm sounds like a good start.

I have done this many times without issue, using 18-22FR Foleys. For me, it is extremely intense and does feel diffrent due to the urethra being stretched more than usual; this does produce a slight stinging sensation similar to inserting the catheter initially. The contractions during orgasm force urine in the bladder out through the catheter, while semen flows out around the catheter. Again, very intense and extremely pleasurable, the tiny sting included.

As a side note, ejaculation while catheterized has actual been performed medically as part of electroejaculation studies.

Based on soultakers feedback, I'll try this slow and see how it goes. I do understand how habitual activity like this could cause a problem. However, the idea of urine being forced out of the bladder during orgasm is intriguing. Kinda like the feeling of a double squirt (even though the semen wouldn't really squirt in this situation)

Tired this on a number of occasions: loved it. I upgraded the experience as follows. Buy and sterilize a 2 litre Fleet disposable enema bag or similar equipment. Fill it with quite warm water. Urinate . After washing thoroughly, using lots of lubricant use the fleet tube as a catheter, it's soft, rounded tip and safe. Being an enema devotee, sometimes I would use a double baloon in my rear hooked up to a full 3 litre enema closed top bag.

By this time, I would be really erect. I would open the valve on the fleet and fill my bladder with maybe a litre of water: the let it flow back into the bag: used a bag height of about 3 feet above my penis. More arrousal. Then I'd fill again and just lightly rub myself. Results, massive ejaculation with water leaking out around the catheter. Take out the catheter and drain the remaining water.

If you do this combined with an enema, cleanliness is most important. Set up the enema stuff and put in the nozzle and wash with disinfectant soap before starting the cath process. I've done this at least twenty times with no ill effect. Having some UTI antibiotics to use is probably a good idea.

If you include the enema in the scenario, use a bathtub or shower stall as, at least for me, the pressure would rise enough to pop out the nozzle thus coming, peeing, and expelling at the same time: lovely.

I have thought about using a fleet large-volume enema bag and tube for insertion into my penis but have always thought it to be too dangerous. Maybe I'll try it. Injecting just ANY water into the bladder really makes me think twice. Boiled water might be an option, or distilled water, but even then, boiling might be my silly precaution anyway. Something to think about. On the other hand, on more than one occasion I've used a sound for stimulation and had orgasm, although the sound was not inserted all the way into the bladder at the time and I'm not certain where the tip was when orgasm occurred. It felt great! We are often cautioned not to masturbate while something like a sound in inserted into the penis to prevent damage to the penis. I have heeded this advice with the caveat that I have sometimes masturbated with the sound inserted, but have been VERY careful and gentle while doing so. SeanM - Be careful. Only sterile equipment should be used in the urethra. You can get one heck of an infection that is hard to treat otherwise. Use sterile catheters that are readily available by mail order. Use sterile water as well.

If you use a smaller size catheter like 12 or 14 fr orgasming with a catheter in is very pleasurable and provides a stronger orgasm I have experienced.

I need/want an ejaculation once a day, sometimes twice. Since I use a Foley catheter several days at a time, I regularly masturbate and have an ejaculation with the catheter in place. I would think that a catheter would plug the urethra and either prevent cumming or cause the ejaculate to leak out around it. My boyfriend inserts a tight plug into his penis before oral sex. I don't see how you would have more chance of infection from ejaculating than just the catheter. Your semen, as long as you're healthy, is sterile. It also follows the same path with or without a catheter, so even if you're carrying an infection, you already spread it around internally.

The only thing that I can imagine is that if the catheter fits tightly in your anatomy, it could block the semen causing some trauma.

Interesting video. I've only seen a couple like it over at spekula.com. I'm really very curious about the feelings from being cathed with a latex urethral catheter all the way into my bladder but I'll never actually do it because of UTI risk among other concerns. Sometimes I masturbate with a 1/4 inch sound inserted. usually with a large vibrating plug or a estim plug in my ass, I will have a tremendously intense orgasm which the third or forth contraction will blow the sound out allowing my sperm out.
