You can't see it in the picture but, the red latex catsuit I am wearing in my avatar picture has nose tubes. They are only about a half inch long and don't actually go up my nasal passages. I took a long strip of 1/2 inch wide latex and wrapped it around a plastic straw, gluing it as I wrapped it on. When it became thick and stiff enough it would lodge in my nostril, I wrapped and glued one layer of a 3/4 inch wide strip of latex around it, overlapping and gluing the ends. I slipped it off the straw, turning the extra quarter inch of the outer single layer back over the plug, placed it against the nasal hole in the latex hood, put some glue on the quarter inch single layer flange and carefully worked it down onto the hood. They stay in place in my nostrils really well.
I wanted a suit that I could be completely rubberized in with no skin to skin contact, even at my body openings The attached eye pieces are from mirrored sun glasses, it has attached latex toe socks, attached hood, attached C/B sheath and a short attached open ended anal sheath. The anal sheath has a thick rubber ring that nestles just behind my sphincter that keeps the sheath snugly in place and the rear of the suit up snug in my crack. The Tip of the C/B sheath has a three inch length of latex surgical tube attached to the inside at a small opening at the tip of the sheath that inserts into my penis.
Getting into this suit isn't hard but, when I put it on, it's enough of an effort that I am going to be in it for hours, I don't want to to have remove it to urinate and I want that body opening to be rubberized also. Be careful if you do this. You want yourself, the tube and the inside of the sheath to be washed and sterilized with alcohol and lubed up with a sterile lube.
The only thing that I didn't ever perfect were rubber lips that wrapped around my own lips and stayed firmly in place.
