I wear full-time, so all of my wardrobe is to some extent ageplay-friendly. While I do have adult clothes which fit my diapers but make no other concessions to me being padded, my casual wear does tend fairly strongly to be little (or at least littler than most people's).
My diapers are Abena M3 (during the day), cloth (at night) and ABU Simple (in special situations).
I always wear plastic pants.
I always wear a onesie, whether I'm in adult or preschooler mode. My onesies are baby blue, baby pink, black and white.
For casual clothes I like T-shirts, usually in those colours or in pastel shades. I also have some extremely large t-shirts that I wear around my house as a short robe.
In adult mode, I wear dark blue jeans or black trousers. Otherwise, I wear loose shorts, denim pants (like jeans but loose and elastic-waisted) and fleecy track pants.
I don't own any shoes with laces, even adult shoes (they're slip-on). I have riptape joggers.
All my pyjamas are one-piece. The adult ones zip up the front, the babyish ones have snaps. Kind of a necessity - I'm always padded at night and with other kinds of pyjamas there's a risk of showing off.
If I get stressed or something unusual happens, my dress sense tends to skew sharply babyish. Working under normal circumstances at my job, which is great, I'll usually wear a white onesie, button-up, black trousers and black formal shoes and look perfectly adult.
If, on the other hand, I have a doctor's appointment, I feel a lot more comfortable if I show up in a t-shirt, track pants and riptape trainers. A pink onesie also helps me to feel more comfortable. Boosted diapers are very important, although that's partly practical - I'm pretty much guaranteed to wet heavily if I get a sudden shock, and in general I tend to go through diapers a lot faster when I'm nervous or stressed. I also find myself carrying comfort items - I don't take my paci to work but I do take it to the doctor's, inside my jacket.
