Apologizing to one's MASTER

How does a slave ever possibly apologize to it's Master, Who the slave completely disrespected during a misunderstanding that should have been discussed rationally outside of the Master/slave play arena. Instead this slave, acted like a complete ass and basically completely disrespected the Master and did not follow the Master's ordered punishment, without even pleading it's case to the Master for reconsideration by the Master? Currently the slave and Master are completely disconnected.

Go slow. Let some time go by and let tempers cool. Set aside some agreed-upon time to discuss what happened and see if you can resolve the conflict. Everyone screws up...if you value her and she values you, things may work out if given fertile ground to let time heal the wounds.

That's the problem with never getting out of character. You can't rationally discuss anything. Sometimes you just have to get real and talk things over.

Wow. Take a step back and reassess the situation, definitely. Act like rational adults. You play like adults, I don't see why you can't behave accordingly.

This would be a time that I would analyze my feelings and goals in reference to any kind of relationship with the other person. If I feel as though I would like to continue and maybe they do as well than I would accept the fact that an apology might not come at all. I would come to the terms of it being a misunderstanding, maybe both parties feel disrespected and an apology would be a sort of violation of one's self. I would make sure I have let go of any 'grudges' or bitterness I might have before continuing communication.

I thank all who have written replies so far to my question. As of this moment, there has been no communication from my recent Master and that is very disconcerting to me. As His recent slave, I feel He may be using this as a severe mental punishment of me to enforce His authority OR maybe I have stepped over that "red line" of disobedience and He will never make contact again. I feel that in many areas of service to Him, I was meeting or exceeding His expectations of my slave status. BUT with that being said, I do fully realize that as a slave (whether full time or part time, as was the case with our M/s relationship) a truly REAL slave never has the right to question or refuse it's Master's Orders.........exactly what I did. I guess my stupidity in "talking the talk, BUT NOT being willing to walk the walk", played a very huge part in my screwing up.........I knew full well going into such a Master/slave relationship that such a M/s relationship is MUCH heavierly weighted in the Master's Control and the slave's absolute and complete commitment to serving the Master as ONLY the Master dictates than a milder D/s relationship. He and I had discussion prior to starting the M/s relationship and I had agreed and pledged my obedience to Him as a slave.......but now realize I had not committed in my mind to walk that slave's walk that I had pledged to do.

I guess, what I am asking now is: is it proper for a fallen slave to go and beg for a second chance OR accept it's fate and move on learning a very heavy lesson?

It sounds like the two of you are hell bent on fucking up the relationship because you won't go out of character and talk things out like two mature, reasonable adults.

The two of you need to drop the bullshit, act your age and really communicate with each other. If you wanted to save your relationship and you went to a kink friendly psychologist that's what they would tell you.

Switchablesusie, Thank you for the observation. I have just reached out to my recent Master and will see what may transpire. Have to figure out how to spend the $200 you saved me.....maybe on my model train hobby or more kink toys........

I have just been privileged to be allowed to repent to my recent MASTER and be taken back by HIM as HIS slave/slut. i thank all who offered advice on how to get back together with my MASTER here in the Forum section, you folks were my saving grace! MASTER was completely open to discussion and i now realize that i was being blockheaded and acting like a little boy who was afraid to ask permission to discuss the problem. Fortunately for me, my MASTER is a level headed Gentleman with a very gracious attitude and i sincerely hope that i may prove my worth in service to HIM

Just a follow up a few months later after getting back in service to my Master. It is really weird how the Vanilla life interferes with our kinky life on a all too frequent basis. After gaining my Master's acceptance back under His Control, I had to have a surgery and Master's home situation had an issue of major seriousness so all of a sudden we were out of communication for a couple months. I was really worried about Master and His vanilla life issue, but out of full respect for Him and His parting instruction, I did not try to communicate with him. I was at my wits end so on Dec 17th, I sent a Christmas greeting via e-mail wishing him well and just letting Him know that He was in my thoughts.

Well that was the best step that I could have taken since He had thought that I was going to contact Him after my recovery was complete, since He knew His situation would be cleared up before mine. A simple misunderstanding of what we each thought the other's time frame was going to be and believing that we would stay clear of each others Vanilla world so as not to cause any grief for the other guy. He was happy that I reached out and now we are finally back on track and hopefully I can prove my sincerity to be His slave and He and I can have many rewarding sessions as we move forward in this M/s relationship. Crazy, I know......but sometimes the Vanilla world we live in can be a real cruel bastard.

I'm glad things have gotten better between the two of you, but if he knew you were having surgery, it would have been thoughtful and the right thing to do if he had reached out to you to see how you were recovering.
