Pleasure or Medical?

For those of us who enjoy listening to a pumping heart.

Do you listen for the sound in your ear, and the feel against your hand / face?

Or are you also interested in the medical aspect of the heart?

For me there's nothing better than listening to a girl's heart at the correct spots, listening for the valve sounds, any abnormal sounds, rhythms etc...

What do you enjoy best?

This is an interesting question, and I imagine we are divided on the issue. For me, the sound of the heart beating is great, but I'm more interested in the clinical examination side of the fetish. I like realistic medical dialogue, detailed heart exam techniques and topless female patients (whenever possible).

From an early age, I visited cardiologists often because I had surgery on my aortic valve at the age of three. There was something very odd about the attention given to the heart, especially the amount of repositioning, listening, feeling and EKG and Echo tests done. I do remember a very attractive young female doctor (probably a med student as i had my exams done at a university hospital for years) palpating my 12-year old heart and saying, "Good..." in a very soothing voice. First sexual awakening? Maybe. Later, I would notice teenage girls my own age sitting in the waiting room, about to see the cardiologist. Being a young, sex-obsessed kid with a burgeoning medical fetish, I always wondered how female heart exams went. Did they have to be topless? Were they embarrassed? Did my doctor's stethoscope previously probe the bare breasts of the girl sitting across from me? Questions, if indulged, can become obsessions. Having discovered this community, however, I'd say that can be quite a good thing. 😉

thanks for your contribution. I only can say: Exactly the same thing with me. Still today in the waiting room, when a nice girl comes in, I imagine her heart being examined, topless, with the stethoscope - which after her will listen to my heart. The same chest piece which previously touched her bare breasts will touch my bare skin. Makes me hard ;-)

Are topless exams the norm in Germany? Here in the U.S. it seems hit or miss, with little protocol governing whether or not the bra (or gown) must come off. Also, it seems strangely rarer for attractive, younger women to be examined this way, perhaps due to conduct concerns.

yes, I'd say, topless auscultation are the norm in Germany. It depends on the doctor and on the kind of exam. In a routine health exam, she normally doesn't take off her bra. But for a thorough heart exam at the cardiologist, she has to naked to the waist for the stethoscope. We don't have these gowns as you have in the US (thank God!). When I went to the gynecologist with my GF at the time, he always had her strip to the waist for stethoscope, and after this, he did breast palpation. Then, she dressed and stripped for the gyn chair. I talked to a lot of her friends, and nearly all of them told me, that they have to take off the bra for auscultation.

In our playdoc exams, the woman is stethed with her bra on at the beginning, and then, she takes it off - always a real turn on for me :-) I prefer the girl or woman stripped tom the waist, with jeans or skirt on (at least panties), because totally naked is not realistic.

Allow me some words to the question "Pleasure or Medical". I think, both. With me, it's at the first place pleasure. Pleasure of seeing, of hearing, of feeling her heart beating. It is a real pleasure, of course! But I also listen to her heartbeat in a "medical" way. I pay attention to sound charateristics, to murmurs, to clics - to any sounds of the heart which are different to heartsound of other "patients". I also notice the speed of her heart beating; I often realize that during the first time auscultation of a girl/woman, her heart is beating faster! And we also do little stress tests during our play doc stethoscope sessions to accelerate heart frequency. Very interessting - and arousing :-) Especially, when heart frequency is speeding up by sexual activities. Here again, it's partitially for pleasure ond partitially for medical reasons.

Anyway: Heart Auscultation with the Stethoscope is the most exciting activity I ever can imagine!!! Since I was a young boy at the beginning of puberty!

A great question. My answer is a little different really. My first love was the stethoscope. looking at them seeing them being used, I never had a fetish for the heart itself or the way it sounded. It was all about the stethoscope. The heart fetish came afterwards. Now I like to listen with ear and steth and I love the sound of a heart but i will always love the steth more i think.

I have to agree with Dr Stethoscope, for me the immediate pleasure is in using the stethoscope. Taking it from around my neck, putting in the earpieces and applying it to my patient's chest give me intense pleasure. After that, I do try to analyse what I hear as best I can.

I like to listen and analysee all I hear. When I was a kid I loved a cold stethoscope pressed against my chest especially on my heart. I experienced my first hard on when three doctors at time listened to my heart when I was prepared to be sedated One of them put his stethoscope on my pulmonic area, the second on tricuspid and when the third put his stethoscope on my mitral area I felt sexual arousal from cold stethoscope bell touching my left nipple. Since then I liked to see stethoscope bell on the chest of other guy especially on mitral area. After that I asked my friend to let me listen to his heart with a stethoscope which I get at doctor's office when we were there for some physical exam and the doctor left the room for a moment. So now I am searching people who let me investigate their hearts in order to get know more about how human heart works and what happens inside the heart. But I still love to listen to the heart as a live music of human body.

Also I love to touch the chest to find apex impulse and press my ear against the chest to hear the heart. But the stethoscope is more important of everything of course.

A really interesting question and equally interesting answer. From my point of view, I would have to say that, for me, its primarily about the pleasure - how could it not be when that pleasure is so amazingly, shockingly, beautifully intense.

The medical side I must admit I find like a backdrop to the pure sensual thrill I get from hearing and feeling a heartbeat, seeing and being close to the beautiful body it resides within, and experiencing that pleasure fed back into both my own body and heartbeat, and the person I am sharing the experience with. The medical details, although interesting, aren't what gets my juices going. Having said that, there are definitely overlaps where the medical terminology, setting or behaviours can be part of the erotic trigger - I know we've talked here before about the power of the doctors words, the physical feel and form of a stethoscope...

I love all forms of auscultation And feeling the heart beat. It's definitely more sexual for me in my personal life but as a healthcare professional its just part of the job!

I love listening to a heart with my ear and feeling the person's warmth against the side of my face. I like stethoscopes and I had one once, but I love the intimacy and pleasure of auscultation.

The most profound moments have been as ive pressed my ear against a womans chest all night as she sleeps. When a woman is sleeping on her back, her whole chest is exposed, and my heart pounds in anticipation as my ear slowly rests against her soft skin. I love to explore with my ear, i search for a spot where i can hear its thundering beats the best, and feel it beating against my cheek. I love feeling her chest rising and falling under me as she breaths, i love to hear her breaths, i love hearing the subtle sounds, valves opening and closing, blood forcing thru as i press harder against her flesh. I will let my arms go numb, and suffer any discomfort, afraid to move my ear from this spot i have found, to listen as long as i can, wishing i could stay like this forever. I love to feel the warmth of her skin, her breasts cradling my face. I love laying my fingertips against her base of her neck, feeling her pulse against me. i love to hear her heart pound as she dreams, the warmth of her thundering heart against me has left me trembling, it is , and always will be, a force beyond my comprehension, all my senses come alive, and all my emotions unveiled

What I love most of all is the idea that my heart transfer my emotions. To think that a woman can feel my heart with a stethoscope excites me and I am embarrassed at the same time. It 'sa wonderful feeling. Similarly, it is very nice to control the emotions of a woman resting in her chest stethoscope! The medical aspect for me is not important, although I am a cardiologist.

The sensual aspect of it all makes it so pleasurable. The medical aspect to it gives it a professional edge and therefore makes it all the more attractive.
