We use achieve a similar result using a McGuire sheath urinal. It prevents masturbation, somewhat restricts erections, and best of all, contains any sexual arousal fluids. Wearing one is mandatory during my enemas and prostate massages.

If you wanted to prevent an erection - in case he might have an orgasm through the stimulation of the enema - then you could use a CB, or smack him if he gets hard or touches himself. I suggest you use whichever approach is hottest for you both!

What does having your penis in a cage or tied up have to do with the integrity of your anal sphincter? I've never had a chastity cage put on me, but it seems like it wouldn't affect me too much, except perhaps increasing my urge to come even more than without it. Now hiking makes sense, as all the leg, groin and pelvic movement while hiking might take my mind away from keeping the liquid inside. As you alluded to, maybe put in a large or inflatable butt plug to help you keep your enema contained while you're thinking about your caged penis? Or use a DBC. Might help.
