I bought a book several years back (Kinky Crafts) that had lots of bondage toys made from household items. A great book for a DIYer.

You can make leather restraints out of old belts. Just punch or drill new holes in the right places for various restraint types: ankle, wrist, thigh, collar. Then cut off the excess.

To put the unused leather scrap to good use, you can spend a few bucks at tandyleather.com to make more restraints. Buy some rivets in assorted lengths, a rivet setting tool, a leather punch tool or punch set, and some buckles. Then you can make all the leather restraints you need. You can attach metal rings with small strips of leather riveted to the main leather piece.

From around the house, Walmart, or a hardware store, you can gather snap hooks, rope, pulleys, chains, wooden rods, eye hooks, springs, weights, and bungee cords. Add these to a good set of leather restraints, and the bondage and self bondage possibilities are endless.
