What do I use? Where to begin. Until the web, I used a gold 2 quart open top, but mostly (and still love) my blue pumpkin bag. It holds nearly 3 quarts. But siince I discovered equipment online, I have greatly increased my collection.
I have a clear 3 quart barium bag with an inflatable nozzle. Okay, but the nozzle is thick and hard to self insert. However, I have since purchased two perfect butt plugs so I can use the pumpkin with easier to insert nozzles but then use the butt plug to help hold it in.
I also use it when I use my JBL (can hold over 6 quarts) and take a gallon or more. I bought a new JBL nozzle with a valve so I can hold in what I have taken, but I have to sit on the bag. Works well, though, since I can read and write enema stories as I fill and hold. Reading stories gives me the incentive to open the valve and sit hard even when I think I'm full to capacity. And I hold it for just one more story. Maybe, just one more.
But if the pressure gets too strong and I want to force myself to hold it longer, I use a butt plug and lie down and roll my legs up. Take the pressure off a bit. Butt plugs are the greatest. I can hold larger amounts so much longer. It's a challenge but, well maybe, I'm a bit a of a masochist. I never thought of it that way, since enemas are sooooooo pleasurable, but I feel as though I have to pay for all that pleasure by holding it in, ten, fifteen, twenty minutes. I can do that with 3 quarts, even 3 soapy quarts if it's the second enema, but once I reach a gallon, ten minutes is all I can do. I'm not into that much pain. And by then it's the third or fourth enema of the session and although I can easily take more than a gallon of clear, salted water, especially with the JBL, I wish I could hold it longer than 10 minutes.
I'd love to try a Shur-shot, but it looks like I could accidently hurt myself, with pressure or amounts. How do you know what's going in? It looks like fun, but I need so much more info before I try it.
I have a colon tube, but have never used it. I need someone to help me. I probably could hold a gallon longer with "someone to help me."
