Enemas given as a child

When you were given an enema as a child were you told that you were getting one? I was about 5 or 6 when the doctor visited the house and instructed my mother to give me a good warm soapy enema as I was very constipated. My mother told me that she had to give me an enema which I was unfamiliar with. She told me that the enema would help me go to the bathroom. I asked if it would hurt and she said no but I had to cooperate. She told me that she was going to use a bag with some warm water and ivory soap and she was going to put the water into my belly through my bottom. Well I was in for the surprise of my life. She had placed newspaper on her bed and had me lie face down on the bed she then put vaseline on the nozzle and some on my anus and pushed the nozzle inside of me, I started to fuss I did not like the nozzle up my bottom. My mother told me to take a deep breath and she would start the water, she had the bag hanging on a coat rack beside the bed said that I had to take it all or it would not work. She released the clamp and the water started, it was hot and it was going in fast; I began to cramp and I yelled for her to stop, she did not stop and I started kicking and yelling. She stopped the water and called my dad, he came into the bedroom and held me down while mom restarted the enema. I could not hold it and the water squirted out all over the bed. I ran to the bathroom and when I was finished mom had refilled the bag 1/2 way and they put me back on the bed and began all over again I was held down by my dad until mom felt that I had taken a sufficient amount. She held my cheeks together while dad held me down then let me go to the batroom. After that episode about 8 or 9 months later I was told at the dinner table that mom was going to give me an enema because I hadn't moved in several days. I began to cry and I ran out of the kitchen I hid under my bed but my mom and dad drug me out and this time took me to the bathroom and had me lay down on a towel in the bath tub a repeat performance occurred I could not hold the enema and I squirted dirty soapy water all over the bathroom, I was given the enema again. After that I was not told anymore when I was getting an enema I was called to meet my mom and when I saw the red bag I would scream fuss and kick up a storm. To this day I hate the smell of ivory soap. I finally decided to stop fighting the enemas when I was about 9 because I realized that if I cooperated the faster it would be over even though I hated getting them and cramped up. I was given my last enema from my mom when I was 11 and to this day I dread even hearing the word. Was anyone else told they were going to get an enema beforehand and how did you react?

Enemas are quite ambigous for me. As I child I spent some time in a hospital and got some. I did not like them: the manner the nurses prepared them and the whol - very ashaming situation befor, while and after the enema (with bedpans and so on). But on the other side this seems to be the origin for my fetish for such kinds of things - srange!

I got a lot of enemas as a child and my mom would never usually tell me I was getting one, she would usually just get the enema bag out.. and get every thing ready, then walk into my room and tell me that I had to get this in order to (feel better)..and way back then I never liked getting them :😃. I was hospitalized a lot as a teenager too and I remember having the nurse walk in..carrying an enema and telling me that the (doctor) orders were for you to have an enema 😮 I was terrified to have to get an enema from a stranger I mean prior to that no one had ever lifted my cheeks and looked at my little (hiney) except mom.

As I look back on those days now..I wished some times I would have known then what I know now about how good it feels to be given an enema 😉

The thought of a stranger filling you most private place with warm soapy water and makiing you hold it or be spanked is exciting. the (excuse the pun) END result would be to be inserted with a plug and vaginally stimulated to climax.....call me crazy but i get goose bumps

I got my first enema from my mom when I was about 5 years old. All I remember about it was that I had told her I was dizzy (I had been turning round and round in a circle late that afternoon.) The next thing I remember was her taking me into the bathroom. I don't remember her pulling my clothes off, but I don't think I had any clothes on at all, and certainly no pants or underwear on me. I remember lying down the bathmat on my back in the bathroom. She had warm soapy water made with Ivory bar soap in the wash basin and used a small child's size enema bulb to give me the enema with. It held about 4 ounces I think.

I can still remember the strong smell of the Ivory soapsuds water used for my enema, so it was pretty soapy, and the sound of the air bubbling out of the bulb syringe when she would reach up and squeeze the enema bulb to get the air out and fill it with the warm, soapy water. Next I remember mom holding both my legs by my ankles straight up in the air with one hand and slightly back toward my head, then sticking the enema nozzle into my bottom and gently squeezing the warm soapy water into my bowels. Then she would pull the enema nozzle out and I would hear that bubbling sound as she reached up into the sink and refilled the syringe bulb with the soapy water for my next enema. She made sure the syringe bulb was full of water and had no air in it before she would stick the enema nozzle back into me and squeeze it again.

She must have given me 6 or 7 syringe bulbs full of the soapy water before she let me sit on the toilet to expel. I don’t remember her making me hold the enema for some time period to let it work, though she may have. I do remember that the enema did not hurt me or cause me any cramps.

I don't remember being at all unhappy about getting an enema and I am sure it was the first enema I remember getting. In fact I rather enjoyed the whole procedure of her giving me an enema, the nozzle being inserted and withdrawn and feel of the warm water as it squirted into me. If I was given other enemas before that, I have no memory of them. Unfortunately, that was the one and only enema she ever gave me. But it did make a very big impression on me for I have been interested in giving and receiving enemas all my life. It would be many years before I had another enema given by someone else.

There were times that I knew we abead of time and would dread the lassingmof time until inwas summoned. Other times I would be called into the house and told as I entered the kitchen. Then would be taken by the hand to the bathroom were everything would be ready.

I was a patient in a chlidrens hospital in Boston from age two until fourteen for TB of the bone.The years were 1937 to 1950 when enemas were common for surgery prep,constipation and even for practice by new nurse recruits who came in to the institution to learn and to practice on the kids at the home for many years for treatment of polio and TB

When the new nurse to be came into the ward in groups of five to six students they would be gathered into a large bathroom where there were seveal toilets and sinks and one large white table.The table was used exclusively for giving enemas.

One warm summer day several nurse students were making rounds with the head nurse about the ward and then they headed towards the bathroom.Meanwhile two staff nuress approuch by bed then wheeled me into thr bathroom without saying a word.there five nurse recruits standing alongside the table waiting as the staff nurses rolled me from my bed onto the table.I was stripped naked by the staff nurses as the enema tray was brought into the room and place onthe table where I layed.The head nurse who was an RN was giving instructions as she explained the various pieces of equipment to the new new nurses.She would slowly show the procedure and each step to properly administer an enema using a funnel and red colon tube.The RN would give the first enema then a bedpan was placed under me ,then I was told to expel.After the first enema was expelled,I was cleaned up a bit.The white pitcher was refilled with warm water and some green soap was added for the next round.This time,one of the recruits would take over to give the enema a try on my butt while the head nurse looked on.The whole session would go on until each of the five new nurses gave me an enema.I was enjoyng every minute of the process and hoped it would last forever.

Because I was such a good patient and caused little fuss for the enema training of the previous group of students,Miss Bishop,the head nurse was kind enough to bring me back for another group of student nurses tto practice their enema skills.

By the time I was released from the hospital in the year 1950 at age fourteen,I was hooked on enemas and never looked back.I now do about six hundred enemas per year and can't waite for the next session.

I missed getting enemas as a child - My neighbors got them regularly and I would always hear about the experience - Most were pleasant for them

In our home enemas were not a regular every Saturday night thing, but it was always Mom's first response to a sniffle or cough. Mom respected our privacy, probably more than my brother and I did ourselves. My fraternal twin brother got more enemas than I did, at least it seemed. Strangely, he did not get imprinted with the klismo thing, while I did. Mom usually had us in knee-chest on the bathroom floor on a towel. She almost always used an amber folding travel bag, which likely explains my appreciation of them.

Like so many of us, the recollection of my first childhood enema remains clear in my mind. We had just traveled from Arizona to New York to visit my grandparents. I remember Mom and Grandma both coming to me and explaining that they were going to help me wash out my insides. They did the whole thing with love and tenderness, and definitely did get the poopies out of me. They also, unintentionally I'm sure, sunk the klismo hook into me that day.

Mom let me "help" her assemble the amber latex enema bag. She used a new word, "syringe." She put me over her knees on the toilet, and grandma held the bag, and for the first time I experienced the thrill that has captivated each of us. Mom and Gram were gentle and loving, and the whole "enema" (another word I learned that day) experience was happy and positive for me. My brother was out with grandpa somewhere, and at first I couldn't wait to tell him about it. But then somehow I came to understand that what Gram and Mom and I had just done was something to be kept just among us girls. I felt so grown up and proud.

An hour or so later outside the window the Bicentennial parade was going by. It was July 4, 1976. I would turn four in October.

As I've reported in other replies; I had a childhood birth defect....a Mega Colon. We didn't know it until I was in the service and in my early twenties. What my Mom did know was that every time that I ran a temp my colon 'shut down'. My Mom would say, "Michael, I'm afraid that I'm going to have to give you an enema."

I don't remember fussing or much of anything other than I knew what it was. It always felt good afterward. I did sneak them in my early teens and on....and felt guilty. Then later, reading the Penthouse Preferences discovered that I wasn't alone. --what an awakening!

Then later it was the worrisome thing about anal stimulation. Was I gay? Gawd, I hoped not....I really like girls. The enema became an ongoing part of my life and now in my 70"s comfortable with the 'fetish' that is also enjoyable and still a necessary part of my "medical life'.
