Your orgasms may not necessarily all be the same sensation.

Unless you have a documented neurological problem, I would recommend you practice manual masturbation to learn your orgasmic response before trying to have a hands free orgasm via e-stim--which doesn't happen as often as its aficionados would like you to believe.

I'm not sure if estim is a solution to your problem or not. You could certainly give it a try with an inexpensive TENS unit which is what I started with.
