Following on from being examined for real in front of my (now ex) wife, I found out just how much she enjoyed watching me being intimately examined.
Having had just one exam conducted by one of her friends, this was my first "real" examination for her to enjoy, she'd organised everything, so I had no idea what to expect:
We arrived at the house at about 7pm and were met at the front door - I was led off upstairs and my wife into the lounge - my first impression was that there were quite a few people here, by the chattering I could hear downstairs. Another 5 or 10 minutes passed before a nurse arrived and led me downstairs and into the lounge. As soon as I walked in the shock of what was about to happen hit me - this wasn't going to be like last time at all - there was a desk and two chairs at the end of the room and next to them an examination table. There were also about 15 other people present!
I was led up to the desk and asked to sit by the doctor seated on the other side. She asked why I was here; I replied that it was a routine check up, but that I'd been having some discomfort from a previous circumcision [this had been agreed beforehand and is something I have really suffered from]. She said 'fine, we'll take a look at that as well then'. Glancing round the room I can see that everyone's looking over at the desk [which is illuminated by two large spotlights each side]; the room is now totally quiet.
The doctor asks me to remove my shirt so she can start by taking my blood pressure, this complete she gets out a stephoscope and listens to by breathing and heart. By now she's moved round to my side of the table but I'm still seated, when she says she now needs to measure and weigh me. I stand up and remove my shoes and sock at her request; I'm then measured with a long wooden ruler. A pair of scales is then produced from under the table, but as I'm about to step on, I'm asked to remove my trousers to provide a more accurate weight. As soon as I drop my trousers I can hear a loud mutter go round the room - I'm now standing there in just a very small, virtually see-through, white thong. I stand on the scales and get weighed.
The doctor then starts to check me over: Arms, legs, feet... all of the usual things, before she sits down on the chair I'd been using. Before I'd realised what was happening, the thong was off and she was inspecting the rest of me. I could hear voices from the audience, but couldn't really make out what was being said, however, it was obvious that everyone had moved in for a better look.
After a couple of minutes of feeling my balls and examining my glans and the slight marks still visible from my circumcision, she announced that I was going to need a more detailed examination [no real surprise there].
The nurse then re-appeared from the back of the room and helped me onto the examination table [which was quite low and designed to give everyone a good view]. The lights were moved round a bit, floodlighting my groin area, with the rest of the room in darkness. The nurse placed my knees over the supports and the doctor sat at the end of the table and started to examine me.
I'm shaved apart from a very small tuft above the top of my penis - this met with approval when the doc commented that she hated to perform an intimate examination in the middle of a forest! As she slowly goes over every millimeter of each of my balls and then starts on my dick, I can feel the inevitable - I'm starting to go hard - much to the delight of the crowd! Heading for my glans, the nurse is instructed to hold my penis so the doc can get a better look around. The two of them then spent about 15 to 20 minutes checking the glans and the slight marks left over from the stitches - most of the time with my skin pulled back as far as possible, which is uncomfortable after a while. With the nurse still holding me, the doctor said things looked to be OK, but that she needed to check my prostate and release some fluid.
With that she lubricated her glove, opened my buttocks as far as possible, and inserted her finger. I could feel her getting closer and closer before reaching my prostate - something I have always found very stimulating. As I'm massaged, I forget about the crowd and just try and hold back, but it's no good, after a minute or so I start squirting out - cum going everywhere but mostly over me - before I finally stop and fall back onto the table, my dick still being held by the nurse.
The doc announces that wasn't actually what she'd meant, but it would do - much to the enjoyment of the crowd, who I now notice are gathered in as close as possible.

The crowd applaud and thank everyone for taking part; then introduce themselves one by one to me - I didn't know more than 3 of the people there. Drinks are served and people end up in small groups chatting about what they'd just watched - I stayed for the rest of the evening, but remained naked as there didn't seem any point in covering up now [considering what they'd all just witnessed], and it gave some of them the chance to have another look and feel.
That's about it really - a fun evening, even if a bit daunting at first - but probably not something I'll make a habit of doing.
