Largest commercially available suppository

Wich brand makes the largest suppo? Is there anything else other than glycerin that i can use? How many can i fit? Please help!

These days I'm not sure any brand makes a significantly larger suppository than any other brand. In the past they used to make significantly larger suppositories. It's too bad they don't still make those old 2.5" long infant suppositories. Those were beautiful. If you're in the US things are even worse as glycerin suppositories in the US are smaller and melt slower than the ones sold in other parts of the world.

That said, there is nothing stopping you from using multiple glycerin suppositories or melting them down and making your own custom suppositories. Glycerin is fairly safe even in large quantities. You can use as many as you can fit, which is probably a lot. I like to fantasize about having an entire jar forced up my rectum.

There are also other types of suppositories you can use. Bisacodyl/Dulcolax are also common. They are more potent than glycerin but are probably NOT safe to use more than a few of. You can also make your own soap sticks by cutting up a bar of (NON-anti-bacterial) soap. You can make them any size you wish. I find them the most painful due to their strong sting. Also be sure to wet them before insertion.

I have done suppos too using Ivory bar soap. I cut one so that it was about one inch in diamater. After I had rounded I insert it up my ass and then using a small syringe I added some water in my ass too, Boy did that ever sting, and then went out for breakfast, and found out that on my way back the sting was gone. Back home again I took a two quart enema, and after expelling it, the toilet bowl was full of soap suds

On a limited commercial basis, that would have to be a Hermann's Suppository.

Easiest is just to make your own by cutting down a bar of ivory soap and smoothing the edges off, I have made large glycerin suppositories by melting several down and reforming them into a single large one. If you decide to reform glycerin suppositories, I have found it is easier to make several and store the extra in the fridge.

Cut some Castile-soap into suppos (maybe it is necessary to warm it a little bit (really very short and not very hot)

The best type of bar soap without a lot of chemicals added is plain old Ivory. You can cut a bar up into a suppository shape or in the form of a butt plug. Kniwm is right. You def need to make it very wet before inserting it. Might even be good to do a small warm water bulb enema before inserting to help the soap melt and dissipate. You won't hold it long but it's awesome!

Nutrogena bar soap makes the best soap sticks/supps, Its awsome!!! really powerful due to its high glycerin content!

I managed to take a full jar of 100 on more than one occasion. It was intense to say the least and I was begging for release when it was done. I had to hold for 15 minutes though, or get the razir strap and another 100 inserted.

Please tell us more about what it is like to take 100 suppositories at once. I hope to do that someday but so far I have only taken about 30 regular suppositories at once. I love the thought of having my rectum packed with that many suppositories. Did it take long to get them all inserted? How many times have you done it? Hi Redub I love ivory soap suppositories too but my problem is that when I go to cut it, it crumbles. I dont like to put water on it because then it becomes too soft. Can you please give me any suggestions to stop the soap from crumbling?

Venus-Try starting with a bar that has been partially worn down by normal use. Then you need to slowly shave it down to size with a very sharp instrument like an exacto knife. As you whittle away occasionally dip it in warm water for a few seconds.

You can make your own as large or as small as you want .

Put a pan of water on the stove then using a metal bowl, make a double boiler pour in Miralax and allow the heat to melt the Miralax stirring often. You can then add coconut oil soap, glycerine or anything you desire into it combining them to ensure uniformity. Take a condom or plastic glove invert over the rim of a drinking glass, pour the mixture in until you get the desired size , allow to cool as it cools it will become a solid again, once hardened and cooled remove from condom or glove. Store for use , prior to insertion moisten with warm water and insert, the PEG/ coconut oil base will melt and distribute whatever agent or agents you added into Contact with rectal mucosa from there whatever you added will determine what effect it produces . You can also not add anything so as to have just a benign suppository to insertion.

Maybe the OP confused “glycerin” with “nitro-glycerin” ! 🚀🚀🚀

I make my own suppositories out of pure Glycerine soap. I put a block of Glycerine soap into my hand operated potato chipper so they come out as long slim chips (fries). As pure Glycerine soap bars are much softer than standard soap bars, they cut easily in the chipper. Even cutting the soap with a knife is easy, and it never crumbles, like ordinary soap bars do.

Just before insertion, I place them in warm water for a few seconds. This makes them very pliable and slippery, easy to insert into the rectum without any need for extra lubrication.

Being pure vegetable Glycerine soap, they are quite harmless, but once they have melted, they make you want to go for a 💩💩💩 pretty urgently 😉.

You can speed up the action by reinserting a finger or two, into the rectum, after about ten minutes, and stirring things up, round and round, inside 😆. By that time, the suppositories should have almost fully melted, and it should be quite sloppy & soapy up there 🥰.

Of course, if they are punishment suppositories, now would be the time to fit the inflatable butt plug. Thus making the person retain the punishment melted suppositories, with all the cramping and urge to go 💩😈.

Omiepalo you talking of making home made suppositories reminds me of my mother making them when I was sixteen and very ill. Despite her best efforts which included administering them I ended up in hospital.

The method i like is to use coconut oil as a base, as it’s harmless and is hard at room temperature. You just melt some coconut oil in a pan and then pour it into the fingers of a latex glove and hang it up somehow in the fridge. This makes very large supps.

If you want to make them really effective.. or want to make ones for disciplining your sub / little with you can add stuff in like some ginger, ivory soap, maybe TCP, Vicks, tiger balm 🥺 …et cetera. Being made to hold these is punishment enough, but teamed up with a spanking too is a serious punishment for a very naughty little - for a sore stinging bottom inside and out!

Not exactly to make the largest,but what can be used to make a bigger than normal supp thats solid at room temperature or colder that can be hollowed out and filled with glycerin then sealed and inserted to melt later suddenly releasing the glycerin?
